Friendship

How can one celebrate a friendship day?
Unless one has a true friend.

I have no friend,
But would surely like to have.
One with whom my friendship would never end,
Strong as love’s trend.

I have no friend,
But would surely like to have.
One who will always support me and mend,
Whenever I take wrong bend.

I have no friend,
But would surely like to have.
A friend without false gestures,
More precious than all life’s treasure.

What is this friendship?
Is it sailing in the same ship?
Is it just comparing each other?
And not improving further!
Is it just calling each best friends?

NO, I THINK!
IT IS A LOVE WHICH NEVER ENDS.................
