And the more i keep this feeling inside
The days pass
And im afraid you’re changing
Changing to something I didn’t know before.
If that happens, what am I going to do with this feeling?
Throw it away, like it was nothing?
But if I don’t wait,
And tell you now
Will you understand?
What will you do?
You’re getting distant
More, and more distant, every day
I feel like one day you’ll be gone.
If that happens, what am I going to do with this feeling?
Throw it away, like I was nothing?
But, the most terrifying thing is
If I say something, will you stay?
Or your journey says you need to go away?
I’m afraid there’s nothing I can do to make you stay.
And everything I can do is…
See you go away…
Oh, my Lord
Please keep him safe.
It’s all I can do,
It’s all I can pray
Please, don’t leave his side
And be with him until the end

inside a great, shiny armor
made with metals from everywhere
resides a little, cute tree
afraid of everything else.
the questions from inside
keeps him awake at night.
how can he be so quiet,
a heart so full of pride?
letting the mind occupied
and forgetting the heart so tired.
the perfection of the silence
makes him patient in suffering.
his prayers only to God
and nobody else knows his feelings.
flawless life of secrets,
secrets about I can only wonder.
oh, my young boy,
how much you can stay like that?
oh, my friend,
will you be like this forever?
I can only wonder...
the little plant inside your heart
desperate to grow, but never stronger
is this what they call art?
the scissors, the wounds,
the fire of a sound
a silent scream into the nothingness
where you left your feelings?
don't tell me you trade them
for a brief smile to hear lies
saying that you're alright.

I wish I was born in a cool neighborhood
with good friends and a great house.
with a game station next to my place
and a father to send me to buy bread
saturday, spent with the folks
sunday, lunch with the family
I wish I had lived in a lively place
with the garden's flowers of Ms. neighbor,
skates and good people to talk in the street
noises of electric guitars and we writing songs
but what did I have?
a silent street,
unknown neighboors.
fear and grids,
just the noise of the computer
the colors of a screen
the voices of within
and
me.

Lost.
I always felt that I was lost.
Lost in my own thoughts.
Air-headed,
Alien from the moon’s planet,
Outside the outside world.
Why I feel that I’m so lost?
Why I can’t just pick every opportunity,
Every single signal?
People say what I have to do,
But most of times I can’t listen
Or just don’t understand
And nobody knows how to repeat.
In such a world full of voices,
In a such organic society,
Why can’t I just be myself,
And let others be them?
Why can’t I just work well on my own?
I can’t collapse.
I’m being lazy, aren’t I?
Please, don’t say that I need to rest.
They won’t give me rest.
Is it useless to pray for hope?
Is it useless to speak the truth?
Is it useless to say that the people from my country are
Stupid, stupid, stupid
Lazy, lazy, lazy
With a high ego and a brief memory?
Is it useless say that this weight I carry is
Consequence of these lazy government?

Why we all love mysteries?
We love the black and white figures. The whispers.
The feeling someone is gone now, but it’s echo still speaks something.
Something we can’t understand.
Why?
We do want to understand.
Understand what we made wrong. What we forgot. What made this someone go away.
Will we ever understand?
Two birds on a window. One of them fled. The other got alone.

what exists behind you?
I want to see!
stars drown into his eyes
dreams shine through the iris
how can't you love your face?
why won't you capture your spark?
time will pass
and I won't have anything to keep you?
it's strange how you dislike your pictures
and i seek them so restlessly.
I wish I could see your face more often.

but then, distance lover,
how can you ever like my presence,
