Cold winter nights and lonely summer mornings
My hearts cry and all my yearnings
Have all been answered now that I have you
I no longer have to look or even pursue
The ones who seem to only bring me down
With you my feet never touch the ground
I am floating on a cloud as light as the midnight’s air
I am always in a daze as I silently stare
At the sky to the one above
In much thanks for sending me a love
That will never leave or go astray
A love I can count on from day to day
One that knows my thoughts and feels my dreams
One that never has to assume because she knows exactly what I mean
My hopes, longings, and what I desire
She knows them all and that I admire
She takes her time and learns all that is me
She sees things in me that no one else would ever see
With her I am just so much in love
She is more beautiful than the whitest dove
She will always know that I have loved her from the start
And that I will love her forever till and beyond until death do us part.

SOME DAY
I never thought the time we shared would end so soon
I thought it would last forever many a moon
Now you are doing your thang and me doing mine
That doesn't mean we have to forget all the good times
Times spent laughing and talking on the phone for hours
Making each moment special and all ours
When you came into my life you changed me
None of the others I couldn't and didn't want to see
You are so beautiful both inside and out
I knew our life would be blessed without a doubt
Seasons came and went but our love stayed the same
Through it all our feelings still remained
Oh if I could turn back the hands of time
I would fight for and defend what was truly mine
Your heart, mind, body and soul
I wouldn't have rushed it and just let our love unfold
To bloom once again and be oh so great
I guess now we just have to rely on fate
To be our guiding light and show us the way
So that we can be wife and wife again some day.

PIERCING YOU TO THE SOUL
SOUL, BODY, AND MIND
MIND BENT BY MY WORDS
WORDS THAT FLOW LIKE WATER
WATER AS COLD AS ICE
ICE THAT MAKES YOU SHIVER
SHIVER FOR THE WARMTH AND COMFORT I GIVE
GIVE ME A REASON TO WRITE MORE
MORE BREATHTAKING WORDS
WORDS THAT SHINE LIKE THE SUN THAT SETS OVER THE SEA
SEE YOURSELF IN WHAT I SAY
SAY WHAT I MAKE YOU EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE IT ALL AND TELL ME THAT
