I Asked God Why

I asked God why
you had to go
he said one day
you will know

For now you must
trust in me
and one fine day
the world will see

I have no doubt
you love him so
I too, once let
my own son go

I feel your pain
I touch your tears
I'm here to comfort
and calm your fears

So take my hand
and I'll take your pain
I'll lead you home
one day to Shane

To My Dad

Deddy,
I felt the need to write you a letter. I know you're in Heaven and feeling better. But down here in this tiny lil place, I miss your laughter, your handsome face. You were always there to lend an ear, give me hugs, or wipe a tear. You never complained, you never got mad, thats because you're the worlds best dad. I know you're all better up in Heaven with Shane, laughing and happy, free from all pain. So I'm sending to you, this letter with love, from your little girl, to your new home above.

                                                    Love you,
                                                      Angie
