Lyric Poem Parody - Turtle Shell

Poems come from deep within the soul,
To help everyone's story be told.
The words that are written help bring joy,
Purpose, and love to fill life’s void.

Or maybe they don’t, who's to tell?
What is really the point of a turtle shell?
What if a shell was a poem to read,
Oh would it protect us from life’s evil deeds?

A poem brings me shelter and security,
Maybe a shell brings me a creator's ability.
Multiple possibilities, for everything in life,
Anyone who can tell me what is right?

I am unaware of what poem’s do,
But they surely allow me to write to you.
Boxed in I feel, like I am stuck in a well,
I am stuck in all all sides, like a turtle shell.
