Masks and Monsters

Welcome to the ball
The masquerade of mayhem
We wear these monstrous masks
To hide our faces
So you can't find our true intentions

Can you see through the guise
Of all our false pretenses
Do you like all the lies
Told right to your face
Or can you not tell

Beneath the mask we hide
We are all monsters
The ones told in bed time stories
From under your bed to your head
Come to life in front of your very eyes

We're your own worst enemy
The thing that hides under your bed
The monster in your closet
You can't hide from us
You malicious sons of bitches

We are the people united
Mask to mask we'll stand in they're way
Oppose your tyranny , we won't take your shit
We don't want to live in a desolate wasteland

You're the monster we hide our faces from
The fiend we fear, bringer of the end of days
You think your all powerful but what you don't realize
Is that you get your power from the people

You rain your bombs on us
Spy on us
Invade our homes and minds
This dance is coming to an end
Who will win?

Beneath the mask we hide
We are all monsters
The ones told in bed time stories
From under your bed to your head
Come to life in front of your very eyes

We're your own worst enemy
The thing that hides under your bed
The monster in your closet
You can't hide from us
You malicious sons of bitches

You call us terrorists, face the facts
You're all liars and thieves
Give back what you've taken

We protest them because they disgust us
We are the front lines
The ones who stand up for what believe in

Truth seekers!

You are the one that's going to take the fall
Lie to us! Lie to us!
We won't believe, we're awake

I am not a sheep and I won't be herded like one!
From a puppet who thinks hes a wolf!

Beneath the mask we hide
We are all monsters
the ones told in bed time stories
From under your bed to your head
Come to life in front of your very eyes

The Wolf On Broadway Pt 2

I saw a raven it was flying high
In the morning sky
And then a rose 7 dark beings
Of which i did not know
But I knew it was going to be a fight
I couldn't foresee, so I take with me
My trusty sword so you can see me
Slash and Thrash
I'll cut you limb by limb
Sever your head and rip the heart from your still beating body
So you can see I tore it up and cut you apart
With verbal rules you didn't know how to react
To my composer so you sat there and
Called me anti social for you did not know
That the words you use can be used to make
Cuts that bleed that we think are as deep as the sea
Which you may grow to regret because you couldn't
See past the way people look and act
When you gotta get close to the soul, the heart
Of a person to get inside the mind of the friend
That may just turn out to be a fiend for the fact
You might not like that friend you imagined
So you pull out a stiletto knife jab em in they're throat
Pull it out and make them taste it before
They pass right on to the afterlife and be forgotten
This raven summoned things you couldn't believe
Pride, Wrath, Sloth and Gluttony,Lust, Greed and Envy
And what they took from me was the love that i had
And turned it into a sin to be left forsaken
Torn apart bent and broken
Thrown against the ground kicked and punched
But I never gave up, no, I didn't
I kept on tryin and I'm here standing
And screaming but you do not see it
For I hide it with this mind I control
Of mine to not be let down and told I'll be forgotten

No Fear

Take this fear away from me
I don't wanna feel this way anymore
It's like I'm staring down the barrel of a gun
with no where to run
I just want to fly away from this place
Don't know how much more I can take
It's the same thing everyday
Find a way to numb the pain
Make this fear go away
Sorry mother I'm just tired
I'll take all the blame
It's the only thing standing in the way
I don't belong can't shake that feeling
Couldn't tell you why but I'll try
I see you take a look at me
I wanna know what you see
Dressed in black do you think I'm happy
Thinking consist thoughts of suicide
Faked it for so long don't know what's real
Can you tell me how to be human
In a world covered in disease
Poisoning everything we see
Can't be the world we lose
It's our self sanity
Actions have consequences
And my actions have to set me free
I don't think you realize how real my fear is
I see what we do and I know what has to be done
Bring peace and love to everyone

Saviour

Oh darling angel come take me away
To a place where I can be free
Give me the strength to carry on
I'm fleeing the scene trapped in a nightmare

I'm here begging on my knees
Can you hear me calling
I'm falling can you save me

I've been lost before
But not like this
I dont know where im going
Where will this take me
Am I the one to blameor this is how I was raised

Oh darling angel come take me away
To a place where I can be free
Give me the strength to carry on
I'm fleeing the scene trapped in a nightmare

I've been searching for the light for so long
I feel like im being torn apart from within
Darkness keeps chasing me and catching me
When will i find my way

Can I do this on my own
Or do I need help from above
You could never tell I was dying slowly
Begging for someone somehow to rescue me

In this never ending nightmare
You stand there laughing
Watching me cry i need a saviour
Oh sweet angel take me away
To a place where i can be free
Give me the strength to carry on
I'm fleeing the scene trapped in a nightmare

A twist of fate
Lost in destiny
Searching for my way out
I know i'm here alive
No matter the darkness
Light will always find its way
I'll be your angel if you be mine

I'm a survivor looking for my saviour
One day these nightmares will become dreams
Dreams that'll change my world
No matter how lost i am
I'll find a way
My path is infront of me

I'm a survivor looking for my saviour
One day these nightmares will become dreams
Dreams that'll change my world
No matter how lost i am
I'll find a way
My path is infront of me
