Youthful Gifts
Do they know how great they are?
They have that spark
that others do not
Youthful gifts are natural ones
that grow and cannot be taught
There's an energy, of light within
that opens the mind to answer the whys
They'll dig forever until they know
and resist the fabrication of lies
Truth is really what they want
that brings the greatest answers in
When they discover how great they are
It won't take long, for their gifts, to begin

Dance
I could hear the music
as I stood outside the door
I wondered
should I wander in?
I said, “Why not?”
never been before…
But it’s okay, I’m wearing a grin,
So here I go - ready, set, begin
To another journey
to another place
It’s time to grow
and take a chance…
I hope they like this face
If they do, we’ll dance...

Use It Well
Take your time
enjoy night skies
Time is of the essence
Time flies
Use time well
In time, you'll know
In the best of times
enjoy the show
You can look back
but time will move on
Only time will tell
when you'll be gone
If time is of the upmost
it's wise to do your best
If per chance you waste it
you many not pass life's test
If you spend time haphazardly
they'll be a lock without a key
Gone will be the time, to set you free
So begin now, use time well
don't just wait and see
