She comes rushing at me with starlight in her hair.
I look in the mirror and she is not there.
She sings at twilight and kisses the moon good night
I see you searching for me
In my dreams you are looking
But I'm not there.

My days are like the fragments of a dream you left behind
I see the things you left for me all rumpled and torn.
Broken and strewn about.
The bits and pieces of dreams and fleeting memories.
Then momentarily you appear.
Only to disappear leaving more fragments behind.
