How about we let loose
Hang up our hats
Help out those we hate
Help them with their needs
How about we let time take its course
Hate is one thing no one should feel

John Rivera Poem
I may be depressed,
I may be hurt,
But one thing’s for sure,
I will never commit suicide.
That’s the easy way out.
I dream of happiness,
And that’s what I strive for,
No matter how much life kills me.
I will always keep pushing,
And that’s thanks to my loved ones.
I never have nobody.
That’s all I ask for.
A person to talk to,
When I’m feeling down.
I am a bird lost in the sky,
With nothing but my wings
To help me fly.
I will fly as high as I can
No matter how hard,
Cause one thing I know is…
I will never give up.
