Baptism By Fire

He squealed,
Like a pig in heat
Praising God for he believed

He sat, 2 years old
And he looked at the lord
Drew an angels breath
Swatted a toy
A bird that could not fly
Meant for another mans eye

Gramp's died
took a colorado bound plane
in the seat pocket in front
was a small toy ostrich
I shoved it deep into my pocket
I could not say why

When I got home
a sickness ensued
with pink cottage cheese chunks
Filled up the sink
and i withered in pain

He died
It came
on the window pane

it was white like a ghost
did not appear on french toast
it was like a laser etching
awoke to the bird symbol awakening

and i had that toy
same exact size
and this symbol on the window
with every feather perfectly detailed
could be traced from the toy to the window
difference was that the tail was composed many fine, white, smooth flowing, intermingling lines
translucent, and seen best by brightest daylight

I thought it was condensation
that it would fade away
but it remained

Hungry, Hungry, Hobo

He wallowed in the dirt
With the sand and the muck
Saying brother can you spare a buck?
He say I ain't got the time
Well how 'bout a dime?
Denied

Beggars sigh
As the cars passed by
My oh my

Please help
I'm down on my luck
I lack even a buck
And I don't know why

And then.suddenly,
It was beggars dream
And I got me a $20
Man say spend it wisely

And so I bought me a beer
Then I bought me a forty

And by the end of the night
could not walk upright

Left to stumble around
On flat ground

Incapacitated, world spinng round me
Unrolled my pack
Fell asleep,
On the side of the street
Let it rain on me

Woke up
Where the F$$K is the rest of my money?

Got outta that city
Repeat

The Prince and the Beggar

The Prince And The Beggar

My friend
It must be done again
I beg of you
As you beg of me

Come on sir,
They all been deceived
They are all asleep
To what was promised to any he

And you will be
The new disease
It will infect everything

The word will circle round
As you are the new epiphany found
It will fester and spread
Swollen, bleeding red

Many will still not believe
They are too blind to see

It is all your fault
You have brought this all upon you

My friend
There is no doubt

And I do not need

Believe in the three keys
And Christ the king

He was not spitting lies
But I too will spit in your face
As there is no being denied

My kingdom to thee
To which the blind beggar see

Yo estoy todo pendejo
Comico comico

The three keys [ edit ]

His name was jimmy dean
He was the crack rock fiend
He sat right down between
His love for the rock and the unseen
Oh well, Jimmy dean

I needed to lose everything
To start this new beginning
And find joy in scarcity
That will surely impress him
So he drove the road undriven

Wanted no dollar
No change
Give it all away

Been crying in this sleep
As it is not all what it seems
And then there was jimmmy dean

He approached,
As if meeting a prophet,
The only one who got it,
And said simply,
I got 3 keys in my pocket for a reason

And I saw why
Allow me to clarify,
One for the Father, One For the Son, and one for the holy Spirit

The spirit of god
Lifted the holy fog

And it came from me
It unrolled right out of my sleeve
This sight familiar,
But never been seen

My arm dispensed US currency
it was the 10 bucks I did not need

My kingdom to thee
To Mr. Jimmy dean
The crack rock fiend

I mumbled through a beaten breath,
It's yours
I will take none

And like me,
That man was sick and diseased

And so he turned to me and said,
Twenty bucks all I need

I handed it over
He say back in five

Returned to sit on some steps,
Looked into my eyes
Shield me he said,

So I took a step to the right
And he took a hit

Then I realized,
That day I appeared to the despised
I be his king, no otherwise

It seems to me
Set the coke dealers free
Hehe

We Found Him

We found him!
Here we go,

is he lost?
or is he standing there,
Staying still

Who he be?
He stayed right there
He once was with me

An honor my friend

A will of gold
Mining deep

In a pit of disease
is he blind?
Will he see?

That died with me

We found him!
There he is,

Where did he go?

Drunk Man's Tin Can

We had been living in a drunk mans tin can
until up pulled a renovated police van

my beer it hit
the right hand turn switch,
Oh sh it

Sweet,
bring the whole fleet

He lit me me up, I pulled to the shoulder
the cop had my birthday but threw no party

Ah crap, here we go again
what? How could there be so many?
a roach a plenty

lucky for me
He cut us a break
Just took it all

Could not get the cuffs off
So be called for his crew
Left us stranded on desolation avenue

Joey the Junky

he was a junky
fu cked up, done wrong
almost died again
he was the sad sad stoned son of no one

It was bad
He wore it all on his back
Until they took him of that

I seen him just the other night,
He held a cardboard sign
Trying to find
A hole so he could lay sick and die

He provoked the snake
and his fangs sank in
and so his suffering began

this was his last leap of faith
As a blood clot
Made it his last shot

Frozen till death
Found stark naked

It was sad
He was sick
So he died in it

Me and Philly

He say he was blessing the game
How well i knew his name
Me and Philly

We walked the city blocks
Dropping crack rocks

Three dollar shoppers
Rattled and clanged
I got some change
A bit to stay insane

My good man
Better then the stuff time before last

He grinned as he knew
It was temporary relief
From their permanent disease

I see
The rock so sweet
it destroys everything
My house and home
Veins shattered
lungs battered

When you take a light
you take a flight

How down can you go?
Sad to say many die this way

the price varies
but it always must be paid
with your life body and mind
