Nothing At All

You cant imagine what you've done to me,
The girl who once loved to love
Now doesnt love at all.
All my beliefs and dreams you've shattered
Fairy tales and love? They dont even matter.
You dont know how it feels,
When the person you've idolised turns out to be a myth.
You've emptied me of all my hatered,
for you 'nothing' is the only feeling i feel.
I dont know how you even look at yourself,
Dont you see all the decieve and lies ?
The sins you committed under the blue skies?
'You love her ' you told me..
Where was that love when beneath you i was writhing?
You never promised me the world ,
But you could have atleast given me the truth.
Had you been half of the man i thought you to be,
I would have fought for you nail and tooth.
But now i lie broken and hurt ,
Not your fault i was just too easy to dessert.
I wish i could gather all that wasted love
And give it to the one who deserves ,
But because of you that wont be the case.
Because the girl who once loved too much
Now doesnt feel at all
Nothing at all.

Numb

Dreams were what kept her awake,
Wished they would come true for her sake.
A house full of happiness she wanted,
But everyday by screaming matches her hopes were taunted.
Staring longingly at moon every night,
The monster under her bed was her only fright.
Little and naive , unaware of the deep dark world,
She kept trying to fit her life in the perfect little mould.
Love conquers all is what she believed,
Someday she thought all these fights would be relieved.
She had no worry , had no care,
All she wanted was a little care.
But all good things come to an end,
To the wrath of life even she had to bend.
Forced to grow up too soon,
The same way again she never looked at the moon.
Taking care of her caretaker ,
Also dealing with her little brother .
She was fearless and selfless,
But who knew inside she was a mess.
In the end she beared it all ,
Not a tear though she let fall.
Everybody thinks she came out unscathed from it,
But she has scars on her soul which from within were lit.
Its said 'time heals all wounds ' ,
'But does it?' is what echoes all around.
It appears as if to the pressures she never succumbed,
But only she knows that deep within she's all numb.

Ten Tiny Breaths

Ten tiny breaths
For everytime my heart cries out in despair
Because there's nothing left to repair.
For everytime this world is a personal hell,
For reasons i cant even tell.

Ten tiny breaths
For every tear in his wake,
One word ,my world would shake.
For every sleepless night,
For every freaking fright.

Ten tiny breaths
For the joy that i cant find,
Wishing the whole time i could rewind.
For the things that i lost ,
Because they are what i miss the most .

Ten tiny breaths
Thats all i need ,
Ten tiny breaths
And the world is fine again

My All

You were never 'mine' to call
Never were the one for whom i should fall,
Neither were you the one i wanted to want
Nor the one i ever wanted to flaunt.
Yet, you are the one i would love to call my all.

You made me feel alive,
The spark in life you made me revive.
You took away all my sorrows,
And your happiness you let me borrow.
It was never you looks,
But the way you are that got me hooked.
Yet,
You are not mine to call,
But still i want you to be my all.

I know i know you are hers to keep,
But the pain it causes cant be fathomed, its that deep.
You possibly cant understand the pain,
At times it makes me feel so vain.
Because maybe in another world we would be together,
But right now the broken peices of my hear i shall gather
Because as much as i wish that you could be mine to call,
In this universe i would never be able to call you my all.
