My Best Friend Cat

I have a best friend. Her nickname is Cat.
Her horse that I ride is overly fat.
Her hair is long and the color of sand.
She picks her guys as if they were a brand.
Her favorite colors are red and blue.
She loves solving problems like Nancy Drew.
While horror movies catch her attention, 
She stares in awe without any tension.
She loves to dance and twirl around the floor.
She never sits still and has to explore.
The Ranch is our favorite place to go, 
Where memories were made that help us grow.
We have been friends since about the third grade,
Laughing our way through the troubles that fade.
Like sisters we share everything in sight,
When she is around it’s such a delight.
