Not So Human

"From the crevices below,
A darkness rises,
It rises into me,
It delivers to me the deed to do horrible things."

"I will spray paint graffiti,
I will vandalize public spaces,
I will speak up against the authority."

"But, this is not enough,
I must do more,
Deeds that grant me attention."

"I will commit corporate fraud,
I will steal from the poor,
I will deliver false justice."

"My time is now,
I must do more harsh deeds,
Deeds
That will scream my name
Throughout history."

"I will inspire a rebellion,
I will destroy villages, Towns and Cities,
I will commit mass murder in the name of my own destiny."

" As the steel bars slam,
I recollect back on what they said about me,
They said I was inhuman,
Well I think there was never much humanity in me to begin with."

The Hacker

Another day has come once again,
The keyboard wizard sits eagerly at his chair,
Knowing he hold a power,
But, a choice must be made,
Who will he be today?
He must chose the color of his hat,
White, Grey or Black?
A technological role-play
White, the mighty young warrior defending the village with his heart of gold,
Grey, A noble young man on both paths defending his village but, plundering it as well,
Black, The man destroys the village taking all with it,
To you the choice may seem hard,
But, for the hacker this is just another day.

The Wizard Party

To the common folk the life of a merchant may seem to be a dull and boring one.
But I declare it is not, it is a life full of many wondrous adventures.
For a young elf like me quick and light on the feet and easy to hide it is the perfect life.
It is also a life that gives many stories to tell and today I will tell you one.
I was far outside of my realm, in a new dangerous place I had never been before.
A land full of monsters and many other mysterious dangers lurking around every corner.
Traveling through the forests running as fast as I could, trying to reach my destination and hoping not to be discovered.
I ran out of a world of trees to be greeted by wondrous and peaceful new road full of green fields as far as my eyes could see.
Built in the hillsides was a lovely quaint with a large oval stone door surrounded by bushes with low windows on both sides showing in.
On the door transcribed in a glowing green bright light, the etching stated.

"This is a wizard door
if you are not a wizard
you cannot open it."

A great curiosity took over my body and I reached out to turn the knob of the large stone door.
I did not open, It was not as if this door was locked, my hand simply phased through the door as if it was a phantom.
I stepped into the bushes and peered through the window and what I saw before me I could not believe.
Five full grown wizards dressed in their mage outfits with large pointy hats, with large untidy monstrous beards and they appeared to be as tall as the tallest trees.
They sat around a large table enjoying tea and cake, playing board games, sharing tales of many grand adventures and using their wands to practice spells with one another.

One of the wizards came stomping up the stairs, I leaped quickly hiding in the bushes.
He came out of the door and stood raising his hands, stretching and yawing.
A real wizard stood near me an ordinary elf but, he did not stay long as soon as he came out he rushed back into the door to continue with his party affairs.
I rushed out of the bushes and continued running down the road in order to make my delivery, as I ran only one thing was on my mind.
The great stories I could tell my grandchildren, such as the time an ordinary young elf like me witnessed a great wizard party.

Beautiful Shadows

Her body lies warm and still,
As still as the coldness of the night,
She is silent in her slumber,
It gives time to admire her,
Her immaculate beauty;
The way her smile consumes my soul,
It could lighten me up on the darkest of nights,
Yet, her eyes are so cold;
Cold enough to shock this man to his core;
Completely immobilized,
Her hair flows with such majesty;
A stampede of millions of stallions trampling in front of me,
Shaking the ground with such might.

Yet, I love her so,
That is obvious to see,
But, am I crazy?
The people say I love her too much,
How do you love someone too much?
I stay next to her, keeping her up at night;
Talking frantically to her as if she wouldn't be there the next day;
Buying gifts and writing poems;
To show I still care.

But, all of this,
How much I care
Is all in vain,
For she loves another,
She would not admit it,
But, I know it's true,
I see it in the coldness and insincerity of her eyes;
I hear it in the words she says as she slumbers in the night.

What I must do is all too clear,
For this night will be the last one for her,
The last night for her;
To breath,
To smile,
To smell,
To hear,
Tonight must be the night I end it for my dear.

I place a rose softly atop her body,
I crawl up on her bed;
Looking down upon her body,
I slowly move my hands against her throat,
I begin strangling her in a violent rage,
As she struggles,
I mutter "Goodbye, my dear"
Her struggling died down,
As her corpse hit the bed,
There her lifeless body lie with the rose still a top it.

My body is weak,
As I fall to my knees,
My hands trembling in front of me,
The thought has finally become clear,
Both of my lives are now over,
Here I will sit waiting for the morn,
Waiting for them to take me away.

Winter Blue

Early Days,
Early Nights,
Winter has come again,
The trees cast shadows of the glistening snow,
Icicles hang from the rooftops, dangling,
The Bitter of the cold,
Requires us to be tidy and warm,
Although its not everybody's favorite season,
To me winter is a blessing.

Forgotten Roads

This path I follow,
Leads to nowhere,
A hundred men before me followed these,
They found nothing,
Why do I follow this road,
What do I hope to find,
I don't know,
Maybe I search for infinite wisdom,
The ability to know anything or to answer any question,
Or , Could it possibly be riches,
Enough money to buy all I desire,
Maybe I want love,
Someone to hold my hand,
Someone to be there for me,
Someone to care,
I believe the greatest things the world has to offer,
Are in places nobody looks,
So maybe this old forgotten road,
Will give me the treasures that I seek.

Key To the Rusty Heart

Deep in the forgotten ruins it lies,
An old rusty key,
Where does this key go?
Nobody Knows,
A wise man speculates,
The key belongs to a heart,
A heart as rusty as the key,
A heart untouched by love,
For a great long time,
Will we ever find,
The heart that matches the key?

Colors For You

Lovely vibrant blue,
Mysterious shades of yellow,
These colors for you.

Haunting Flames

When I look around me,
Everyone seems to be moving on with their lives,
Yet I am not,
When life gives you troubles you move on,
But I Can't!
The things in my past still haunt me,
They cast a flame in my soul,
Not a flame of passion,
But a flame of sorrow,
The world moves so fast,
People change,
I live stuck in the past,
It's so hard to move,
The Unthinkable,
Seems to be the only way left.

Unforgettable Sun Fall

Unforgettable Sun fall;
Late in the evening when so young
Together we sit on the shoreline;
Waiting for the last light of day
Together we wait, for what the future will hold.

Unforgettable Sun fall;
Much older now but still so young
Once again we wait;
For the sun to sink
Determined now, our future will be great.

Unforgettable Sun fall
Now in our golden years
Once again we wait;
For that amazing sight
Knowing now our future is sealed
Waiting out our final years.
