Andrew Park Poem
Someday
I was blinded- no,
We were blinded
I was deaf- no,
We were deaf.
But when the warmth shines and cuddles,
Gently on the boundaries of my fragile heart,
Then I shall rise,
As I valiantly stand,
As I use my force in my legs and momentum,
I shall rise from perpetual darkness of dusk.
I will be then the next sunshine,
Kissing on the panes of your windows,
Hoping the sun shines one day after another
.
Someday,
I will be noticed- no,
We will be noticed
I will be the voice- no,
We will be the voice.

Andrew Park Poem
Everyday
I am trapped in a dimension
Where only repetition exists,
That reoccurs the colour theme of black.
But the windows are very visible from the doom,
Delineating bright sunlight and pavement colour of the moon.
Best of all, I can see the birds flapping their mighty wings.
I unfold my arms with barely any strength,
And reach for them,
Hoping to become one of them.
Again.
Every night and morning when the outside of the windows,
Is beautifully shaded with calming grey that mellows.
And when it is painted in soft blended colour of thick orange and light yellow,
Birds fly between South and North through the colour of fallow.
I can tell very easily without effort,
Each of them holds great stories
Because I was like them once,
Who also held great stories.
Yes, I was one of those birds,
With pride and strength,
That glided through the treasure sites,
And enjoyed when the warm breeze kissed my cheeks
Over golden sparkling oceans.
But now my wings are broken,
Memories and valuables torn apart in ashes,
In to pieces that cannot be glued back.
So I always whisper to myself,
With solemn remorse,
I sure do miss those days.

Andrew Park Poem
Friend, I am crying beside you wiping off my tears,
yet you seem to not notice nor care.
Friend, you make me suspicious of all of our cheers.
as you steal a glance of my tragic tears.
Friend, I guided you when you wiped off your tears
And I never looked away from you for all these years
Yet all I receive is a stare of white and nothingness,
waiting for me to fall even more to the abyss of darkness.

Andrew Park Poem
He gathers all flowers he sees to show off his romance.
He chops all trees he faces to show off his masculinity.
He gayly spits out a lump of saliva to show off his coolness.
He leaves traces of money wherever he goes to show off his richness.
He sings everyday, every moment to show off his persistency and passion.
But she doesn't stare into his eyes
with admiration nor satisfaction nor true desire.
Her eyes are a pair of story tellers, without a tint of a lier.
They only speak the truth, insulting the man with a harsh glare.
This time, his simple-mindedness carries him away.
His lack of mind demonizes his very heart and bones of his soul,
Snapping at once like a monster, existing as a deleterious being.
He goes mad, killing hundreds, thousands, millions, thirsty for a genuine love,
only waiting for to see a swarm of oozing blood waves gushing in and out of his lungs.
He cannot cope with this madness,
His responsibility he has once established.
At last, he cuts his breath with an undeniable slash with his double edged sword,
chanting a regretful cry out of his body until the silence takes over his surrounding.

Andrew Park Poem
Reaching the very tip of any mountains,
To trip over rocks,
To bleed from wounds,
To collapse from exhaustion,
Are all from my mundane carelessness.
But others have a potential to clear the path
Without a single wound
Without any flaw
And with ostentatious sublimity.
But they fail to realize
Why their legs refuse to endure
For long enough,
For long enough to reach the mountain top,
With such legs of perfection.
Though my legs are distorting
Though my legs are sputtering out red
Though my legs are staggering with extreme pain,
I carry my listless and fruitless body to that mountain
To that glorious tall mountain stood upright,
Waiting for me to challenge him once more.
But I have no worries
As my legs become stronger
As I set foot from one mountain to another.
I climb the next mountain as always,
As always with mundane carelessness.

Andrew Park Poem
A limply stood yellow white sunflower,
What can he do except to stare?
A boldly stood yellow white sunflower
What can he do except to dare?
A sunflower embedded under an iron boulder
May him question the meaning of life and death
Who cares of his cold shoulders?
For they soon slip back into his fallen breath,
Roughly crushed by his guilt.
The sunflower embedded under an iron boulder
May him spear through with unharmed shoulders
Who cares of his grotesque pains and scars?
For they soon wear away to his golden stars,
Gently caressed by his sun.

Andrew Park Poem
I still have hope.
That my dandelion seeds didn't give up.
The seeds I blew away in the past.
Yes, the winds will let them glide through the air.
Yes, the seeds will find their direction.
Yes, I am sure my wish will come true.
What if they are standing as dandelions,
settled peacefully on a vast grassy field
in a place filled with vibrating music of crickets,
filled with sounds of the wind softly tuning his violin,
the night's exquisite kisses to the morning for a good-night,
and gentle touches of delicate rain drops signalling a good-bye to the sun?
I still have hope.
That my dandelion seeds didn't give up.
The seeds I blew away for their good life.

Andrew Park Poem
There they were
Dirtied like untreated cavities.
There on the mirror
Our benighted oblivion for actualities
Somewhere across or below
The solution is not shared to bestow
Nor mercy allowed to freely stand
But only is granted to be banned
The truth gouges our knowledge,
The truth that humans are cavities
Without shelters nor ailments
The truth refuses to gouge our heart
But only accepts to gouge our knowledge.
To be under our sky is to be under their sky.
Thus we are the same people.
