Mary Gannon Poem
When you love someone
But you just can’t let go,
Ask God for strength and courage
And then spread your wings
And take to the sky!
If you just can’t find
What you’re looking for,
Pray to God above
And His Angels’ love
Will guide your heart back home!
However your broken heart feels
Or how lost are you at times,
Give your many true dreams
A bunch of kisses and prayers
So that your soul may again find peace!
Dedicated to: Brittany, my sweet, beloved, little sister, who’s now “Upstairs” in
Heaven!

Mary Gannon Poem
My beloved Madison:
You are sweeter than honey
And more dear to me
Than anything in the world
And you are my little girl!
You are black and brown
And cute all over;
You are my furry sunshine
And I love you dearly
For all sweet, Heavenly time!
Dedicated to: Madison, my “baby sister”; she’s as cute as can be!

Mary Gannon Poem
God is great
God is gracious
God is my only Love…
God is Holy
And He is beautiful
Oh how strong are You
My wonderful maker so true…
God’s Love is never-ending
It stands the test of time
His precious heart
Is sweetly reflected
In His lands of art
And He speaks
Only Words of Truth…
God is great
God is gracious
God is my only Love…
God is Holy
And He is beautiful
Oh how strong are You
My wonderful maker so true…
Oh how strong are You
My wonderful maker so true
And I love your Words of Truth!

Mary Gannon Poem
It’s my life today
I’m gonna live it my way
And I’m prayin’ sweetly
For a bright and new
Beautiful day to ever-widen
My glowing smile, big
As the yellow sun and her holy sunshine
In the awesome summertime
Glorifying this half-over
Year of 2006!

Mary Gannon Poem
Howdy to y'all ! do ya wanna
take a journey with me
inside the poet's soul?
yea, how 'bout it... we'll jus'
have a look around,
starin' everywhere but the ground
and ye and thyself
shall appreciate
the softness of her thoughts
and imagine ourselves
both poets just like her!
and he she comes
a-dancin' and
beatin' her drums
with her pretty brown thumbs
as she sings the songs of her dreams
these sweet dreams take her
to places only within
her wild fantasy mind
and let her be free, say,
from the world of yesterday
as she was trapped inside
the strong, mighty ocean tide,
roaring in her mind...!
