People of the world unite,
We need to work in harmony.
And although we have our differences,
We can still have unity.
In a world that is at war,
We must create a place,
That people who seek peace,
Can call their sacred space.
For now is the time to realize,
That if we truly believe,
That our differences can be dignifying,
And peace can be achieved.
And of course there will be troubles,
That we must face each day.
But hand in hand we will stand,
And carry on along our way.
We will shower the world with love,
And erase all of the pain.
We will bring dark nations sunshine,
To evaporate their rain.
Wake up! Wake up! It’s time to leave!
It is time for us to go!
It is time for us to start our journey,
And give the world a show.

Kelly Lodewyks Poem
Today a thought of you came to mind,
And a smile spread across my face.
I yearned to feel your warmth,
In the comfort of your embrace.
I longed to feel your kisses,
And your hand across my back.
I needed you to be near me,
To get me back on track.
Where have you gone, my love?
I wanted to be your wife.
Why leave me all alone?
In this dark hole we call life.
I'm lost and off my path.
I have no one to light my way.
I wake up every morning,
Wishing for the light to go away.
I've never felt more alone,
I've never been more in fear.
Please come back to me,
I need you to be here.
