I'm torn between two
By night I'm in love with the Moon
Morning beckons my other lover to come
By day I'm in love with the Sun
My heart can't decide
For it's equally torn
I can promise to give each a half
But i can't give one a whole
By night I'm in love with the Moon
By day I'm in love with the Sun
One is gentle and patient
His love for me is like the tides, always constant
The other is strong and passionate
His love burns like fire and i can't come too close to it

As a child i wanted to be an adult
As an adult i wanted to be young
As an old woman i wanted to go back to my mothers womb
So that i could start life all over again and appreciate each stage as it comes and goes

Clouds are out to get me
The day has just begun
But the weather will be nasty
The only thing that gives me hope
Is my poka-dot umbrella
It keeps me safe from threatening rain

It's so confusing that it makes
you cry
But you love him so much that
your willing to fight
It feels like heaven but at the
same time your yelling
Cause you can't figure out why
you love him that much
When a fight comes aboard
You loose all control
Then you catch yourself crying
and calling "Oh Lord!"
Thats how love is it throws
things at you
And you cant just say "no" or "i
don't want you"

Do you dare to get on stage
Were the people stare as you
dance
Its so exciting
But at the same time
frightening
Your scared to skip a beat or
slip up with your feet
But your fighting your fears
and following the beat
Now the performance is done
and your finally over
Your worry if they will clap or
never come back
Again and again that thought
runs through your mind until
you finally see a little smile
As the audience scream and
give you bouquets
You cant help but cry cause you
danced good today
