Equally In Love

I'm torn between two
By night I'm in love with the Moon 

Morning beckons my other lover to come
By day I'm in love with the Sun

My heart can't decide
                    For it's equally torn
I can promise to give each a half
                    But i can't give one a whole

By night I'm in love with the Moon
By day I'm in love with the Sun

One is gentle and patient
                His love for me is like the tides, always constant
The other is strong and passionate
                His love burns like fire and i can't come too close to it

I'm torn between two and i can't decide

A very interesting metaphor. I have been part of a love triangle and when I made an ultimatum she chose the other guy. Looking back I do not regret my decision. I still look fondly on my memory of her, she was an incredible woman.
