RELIGION
I Salute u Great religion
You who sway fellowship
When you speak through your holy books
Your flocks listens and act according
You who is as aged as man is
Religion you who we presume to be the link
Between Man and his God
Mother of many names
How gigantic and powerful are you
You are present in the heart of everyone
No one is free from you not even
The unborn offspring of your devotee
How influential are you
Myriad can kill and die for you.
Just to protect your eminent name
Can man really do without you
Mother religion we are mystify about your true identity,
In expedition of satisfaction we travel from one YOU to another
Please enlighten us, why are your hands in countless wars
How you related to politics and ethnicity
We want answers now, mother of all

Odion Stan Poem
Death
Death oh death
You invisible and unpardonable force
Which destroy most intimate
Tries of friendship and love.
You bring a burden of grief, sorrow and tears
Death you have stolen my loved ones and have cause me deep hurt.
But I’m glad there is sometime you can not talk always from me
The golden memories I shared together with my loved ones
I’ll keep on reminiscing it till the last day u decide to take me too
And the Resurrection hope, I know I’ll recover
My stolen loved ones from you on that day.
This two hope is what has been comforting me after u
Dealt with me.
Death you can take away me loved ones, but no one can take away
My HOPE not even you Mr DEATH.
