My Mother

There is a woman in my life
Who is there for me all the time
Weather I’ve done wrong or right
She always got my back
I've hurt her feelings and stressed her out
But no matter what she still holds me down
In my eyes she is a beautiful Queen
She works so hard to give everything
I feel so safe when ever she hugs me
Thank God she's apart of my life
I am so lucky
I feel much better when i see her face
There is no one in this world who can ever take her place
She is one of a kind, there is none other than
My Mother

One Day In the Hood

One day in the hood can change your life
you'll see why we live by the gun and the knife
before you know it you're smoking, drinking
and rolling dice
in the hood the cops are the cats
and we are the mice
being chased while trying to survive
no matter what you do your never right
so you might as well do what you gotta do
to make it through the night
Don't fall into the hype
cus that will be you ass
and that one day in the hood
can be your last

Locked Up In a Cell

Being locked up in a cell,
feels like I’m face to face with the devil in hell.
Everyday I feel like putting myself in harm,
the only thing that stops me from committing suicide is my mom.
Thinking about all this craziness eats me up
being locked up in a cell really sucks,
I regret what I have done and fell like facing death
but in doing so I’d be taking my moms last breath,
so I lay in my cell praying all day and all night,
knowing when I get out I’m going to make things right,
being locked up in a cell,
I know my family wonders how I was at the top and then fell,
this is why I wish I never had this story to tell,
on how at one point in my life I was locked up in a cell

I'M Tired

I'm tired of life because its always a struggle
I’m tired of being poor and having to hustle
I’m tired of thinking because it makes me stressed
I’m tired of memories because they make me obsessed
I’m tired of being locked up, its just isn’t fair
sometimes I wonder if anyone cares
I’m tired of being away from home
inside this place I feel all alone
I’m tried of the crap and the beef
I’m tired of being tired so I guess I'll go to sleep
