As I travel and linger here day by day,
I thank GOD that in this world, I have
not long to stay.
We do not know the hour or day,
but need to be prepared with JESUS
to go when he calls us away.
My troubles and trials have been
many and hard, but GOD was always
with me and been my guard.
Satan will try to destroy your faith
and happiness down here,
but thank GOD the Holy Spirit is
always with us and in us if we
give our lives to GOD and live
for him here.
So live for the master and help
show others the way, and I hope
to see you all in Heaven someday.

As we are born into this life,
whether rich or poor, we have a smile
to bloom for our parents in their daily strife.
The love of a child is pure and clean,
and like a flower, a joy to be seen.
We bloom throughout childhood, it seems like a dream,
but as you continue, you soon will bloom as a teen.
Don't bloom for immorality and drugs,
and bad deeds unseen.
Smile and flower for good, not evil,
as you flower into adulthood.
Be honest, pure and loving in your life,
give GOD your best and you will always be,
a beautiful flower until you end this life,
to bloom and flower in Heaven for your eternal life.

The showers come and the grass grows green,
the trees bud and leaves can be seen,
flowers bloom and their fragrance is like a dream.
Birds migrate and start looking for a place to nest.
their beautiful flights and unending beauty.
A nest of beautiful eggs, soon to hatch,
with spindly little legs, fed by dad and mom,
who keep busy all day long.
Butterflies and insects aplenty, to balance
the beauty, all through summer into winter.
When you see insects, butterflies, and birds
of all kinds, just remember GOD made them all
for us to enjoy, in his day and time.

The clouds blow over, and the sun shines thru,
the birds fly by, and butterflies too.
The bunnies hop around and we see wild turkeys too,
and many other animals, and birds as their places we see thru.
Deer roaming the fields and streams,
bobcats and racoons doing their thing,
and skunks smellilng up our land.
The hawks swoop and catch their prey, the eagles
soar far away .
The day ends and stars shine, owls and creatures of the night
continue to find, the food GOD provides for creatures,
and all these things.
We each have our place in this wonderful land,
just look for GODS purpose, and hold to his hand.
Smell the fresh breeze and flowers too,
and be surprised at the peace this all brings to you.

Friends in our life come and go, please live for GOD so others
will know, we are living for JESUS in our life and our living for him show,
as we live from day to day here below.
You may influence them to live for GOD, or not, but keep on living right
and let GOD use your life, in spite of satans tricks and rot.
Bad language, drugs, lying and drinking are sins,
and will not help others CHRIST to win.
Dress modestly and do not wear sinful clothes your body to show,
but dress like GOD would have you to,
and all who show off their nakedness like satan wants them to,
cannot be a Christian and help lead others to GOD as we should do.
Women and girls should go to church in womanly clothes,
and not so tight, and short that their modesty does not bless GOD
or Christians we know. Give of your best to GOD, and show your friends,
even clothing can cause sin, if we do not think about what
GOD would want us to wear.

Mattie Jacobs Poem
As I walk the yard, frost on the grass,
the wind softly blowing and the
temperature dropping fast.
The birds coming for seed in my feeders,
and rabbits hopping to pick up the scattered feed.
My flowers frozen until warmth of spring,
GOD stirs them and new life begins.
The trees bare of leaves, and branches
exposed, soon to be covered with ice and snow.
Matthew 11:28, "Come unto me, all ye that
labour and are heavy laden, and I
will give you rest".
This tells us where we can go when our
souls need rest.
Can we live our life and stand our test?
Like the birds and small animals,
GOD for us has a season, and to
live for HIM is a lifetime reason.
