Water

WATER
Water, o water!
So necessary you are
That
A world without you
is lifeless
As ancient as you are
You are never tired
Of our demands
You are the source of life.
Father of all nutrients
The number one universal solvent
So useful you are
Useful in the kitchen
Useful in the bathroom
Where not
Provider of warmth
You are the source of life

The Sacrificial Lamb

His glorious throne He left
for this unruly world of theft
A great sacrifice He offered
for the world He suffered
Into this world He was born
The sewage of sin He had to burn
Gifts they brought
His life Herod sought
The erudites swore
Crown of thorns He wore
Oh!
He died then, though alive
Halleluiah!
He's resurrected, yes He has
The precious lamb of God has
risen to life
Three days in the grave, yet back
to life
The power of death He has
thrown into the eternal sack
The sacrificial lamb

Lovebirds

LOVE BIRDS

On a journey of feelings I embark
Heart filled with love
Brain filled with imaginations
Imaginations about us
U and I
Linked together by love
Love growing stronger daily
Death alone will be our separator
Together we shall live
Forever and ever
My love for you is
Immeasurable
For words alone can’t express it

The Foriegner's Story

THE FOREIGNER’S STORY

INTRODUCTORY NOTE TO THE POEM: It is a well known fact that we all shall die eventually, for it is inevitable. God, our creator and the owner of the world created us for a purpose. This purpose He wants us to achieve, so He sent us to the world to do so. The world is a difficult yet an easy place to stay. Back to Him we shall go. To Him we are responsible to. Heaven is our home, the earth isn’t.

On a journey I embarked
Through a dark tunnel
To an unknown world
A world of pains and
Afflictions
A world of joy and
Sorrow
Who am I to challenge him?
Into a foreign land He sent me
A nine month journey I embarked
To the great land.

Into the land I arrived
After a stead fast nine month journey
A weeping arrival I had
Down on my cheeks rolled tears
As I cried bitterly
Who knows?
It might be painful to
Leave home
Home sweet home.

Into the land I arrived
After a steady fast nine month journey
A joyful arrival I had
Happiness I brought into
My foreign home
So little I was
Every man joyfully welcomed me
A sweet sad moment.

The hard way I grew
On a rough road I walked
In a difficult world I walked
In a difficult world I lived
	Struggling……
		Working……
			Sweating……
To make ends meet
My master is with me though

A foreigner I am
Back to my home, I’ll return
One day
Having no say
My master is there to decide
My day of return He decides
Back to my home
In the bosom of my master
In the bosom of my father
That day I long for
For this life is a journey
A traveler must surely
Return home
Home sweet home.

Morning

Here I sit, in Topville's field
The cool breeze I found so mild
Inflicting comfort on me
Pretty birds I see
Dancing to the tune of the day
Hands of the flowers I noticed
waving hallelujah to Him
The blue roof of the earth, pure
and beautiful as the early sun
smile through it
I look up to see what today has for me
Do you know what I saw
Oh! wishing I am for you to see what I'm seeing
The morning I see as a preamble to
my joy
Success it promise me
Happiness it promise me Greatness it foretell
Smiling, the warmth I enjoy
Nature I embrace

John Cena

JOHN CENA

There in the
presence of death
Challenged in the
ring of death
And pain
There he stays
Enduring the pains,
facing
Death, yes death
To win the love of
his fans
Enduring these is
his sacrifice
What a great
sacrifice!

Bravely enduring
pains
Enduring pains is
his sacrifice
Enduring pains to
save
His career………
Wrestling… Acting…
Rapping… yes, they
are
His career
And saving them is
worth living

Cenation
Yes, Cenation I say
You need not search
too far
For the chosen man
Here he is
Here is a man with
great talents
Here is a man of the
populace
Finding warmth in
the happiness of his
fans
Cenation
Yes, Cenation I say
Cenation is the word
Cenation is the
process
The process of
loving Cena
Yes, Cenation I say.
John Cena is the man
Yes he is the ma
Don’t you agree/
He is the man of
populace
The populace loves
this man
I respect this man
Cena is the man

Beefers they are
McMahon big show
Yes beefers they are
Working like devils
To challenge the man
of
The populace
Oh what a shame
They are shameless
Shameless, I say
Challenging the man
of
The populace
Ending in shame!
Yes, I Cena is the
man
I love this man

Kudos to the man
Of great powers and
strength
Kudos to the John
Cena

The Dreamer's Dream

Switch
on
your
listening
ears
that
I
may
narrate
with
tears
the
experience
of
thousands
years
just
in
the
dreamland,
with
all
fears

On
a
narrowbroad
way
I
walked
To
no
one
I
talked
"This
must
be
madness"
I
cautioned
Oh!
a
journey
of
experience
I
embarked

Alas!
the
dark
narrowbroad
way
received
a
visitor,
fear
my
heart
perceived
What
herein
am
I
to
achieve?
A
tournament
am
I
to
receive?

A
turning
by
the
left,
down
the
road
I
went
A
turning
by
the
right,
down
the
road
I
went
straight
ahead
I
went
courage
I
rent

There
where
I
couldn't
rest
as
the
birds
do
in
their
nest
feeling
like
I've
been
put
to
test
Surely
must
I
pass
the
test

Down
the
road
a
river
I
faced
My
soul
fear
gripped,
my
mind
raced
Dual
voices
in
my
ears
sang
duet
move
on...
          turn
back...
                  move
on...
                            turn
back...
confused
state
of
mind
broken
state
of
mind
On
I
went,
forward
I
went
Oh!
can
you
see
what
I
saw?
a
shinning
bridge
I
saw
laid
across
the
water
Oh!
yes!
a
miracle
on
it
I
crossed
majestically
as
a
voice
said
to
me
The
Storm
Is
Over.

The Bastard

THE BASTARD

Oh! Poor bastard!
The end product of
flirtation
Shamefully brought
to the world
By his slutty mother
A dog she is
Caressed by that
dog-Nature
Father
In an ungodly manner

Oh! Poor bastard
Living a life of
shame
Of not knowing his
Father
So unlucky he is
Never having to know
the
Love of his parents
So unlucky he is

Oh! Poor bastard!
Traveling for nine
months
In the womb of a dog
Facing difficulties
Battling with drugs
Refusing to be
aborted
I must survive, he
says
What a poor
creature!

I must survive, he
says
Refusing to be
aborted
He enter the world
of shame and pain
Dumped by the
roadside
At night
By that slutty
mother
Who refuse to
embrace motherhood
Oh! Poor creature

Oh poor bastard!
Picked up by the
nuns
Cared for by the
nuns
He grew up to love
the nuns.

Desperate to know
his origin
Who are my parents?
Where am I from?
He asked every now
and
Then
He embarked on a
journey
A journey of
discovery.

You can’t be my
mother
You are not worthy
You rejected me
T detest you mother
I loathe you father
I reject you

Now in the street he
is
Wandering and
wandering
Searching for
survival
Oh! Poor creature!
Unlucky creature!
Oh! Poor bastard!

Girls of Chibok

Leaders of tomorrow
Voice of the nation
Mirroe reflecting the future
Endowed with wisdom by nature
To parents we show obedience
To teachers we express
appreciation
Our books we marry
Our future our priority
Our studies our legacy.

But here we are
Slaves to madmen
carted away like hen
from our treasure
our bright duture
to the world of agony
handled like rags
To satisfy their fanatic madness

Here we are
numbered two thirty four
or more
waiting to be raped
sold off or rescused.

Why Impoverish Us

Heaven and earth you promised
On your knees you pleaded
you selfish ingrate, Bastard on your
 father's land
Our help you sought for
All for your ruminating stomach
Our votes you asked for
to quench your political thirst
Tell me, you myopic being
Tell me! what wrong we've done you
Have you suddenly turn dumb,
dear politician?
conscience you've not?
Our votes you received
your steeping stones to power
Why impoverish us?
our rights you suck deep
National cake you enjoy
your promises you neglect
The poor you strangle impoverishly
the rich you discomfort
You sycophantically deceive us
Why impoverish your people?
Why impoverish your your father's land?
Why betray your source?
Dear politician, why faminise us economically?
