Larissa Strohl Poem
All around my emotions flow
To pain, sadness or the end
Their shining lights stay aglow
To make you smile again
I’ll laugh to keep you going
While I cry for you inside
I’ll be here if you need me
I’ll stand right by your side
With haste my fantasies run
To darkness, folly or a sin
Their burning fires light the Sun
With a strength I can’t comprehend
I’ll close my eyes and forget reality
I’ll dream for you, of summer days
I’ll sleep awhile, a little longer
And I’ll keep the Sun ablaze
With trust I give you my heart
May it be broken, twisted or bent
I’ll be behind you from the start
And right to the very end
I’ll smile to keep you happy
I’ll dream for you each night
I’ll wish on every star I see
And I’ll pray you’ll be all right
I’ll love so you don't need to
I’ll let you choose the rules
You treat it like the game it should be
And I’ll hope you never lose

Larissa Strohl Poem
Upon the throne
Lies a broken crown
The angels are crying
Reality breaks down
Shattered swords
Just silver pieces
In a war of lords
Reality ceases
The armor of knights
Lie in a pile
They put up a fight
For a little while
Life will be wasted
Reality has failed
Welcome to
My fairytale

Larissa Strohl Poem
There’s a fire burning
Just under there
While I play with the monsters
In my nightmare
There’s a fire around me
Filling my head
While I sing with the monsters
Under my bed
There’s a fire in the sky
It’s falling down
While I laugh with the monsters
And dance around
The fire burns bright
It brings back reality
And all the monsters
That live inside me

Larissa Strohl Poem
I used to own a castle fair
On a hilltop high
It vanished into misty air
And I really don’t know why
I used to have a diamond ring
Of the very finest gold
I lost it in the coldest spring
I have ever known
I used to love a charming prince
Once upon a time
But he left me here all alone
Once upon a rhyme
