The Curtain Torn

Hang the curtain from the clasps and place the ark of the covenant law behind the curtain. The curtain will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place.
Exodus 26:33 NIV
The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, saw how he died, he said, “Surely this man was the Son of God!”
Mark 15:38-39 NIV

It was now about noon, and darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon,
for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two.
Luke 23:44-45 NIV

At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life.
Matthew 27:51?-?52 NIV

Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
Hebrews 10:19?-?22 NIV

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.
Hebrews 6:19?-?20 NIV

Thank you Jesus for tearing the curtain
Which gave one a way to return to God
Oh how God let it be known
That Jesus was the one God sent
That we might receive your promise
Of the Holy Spirit within to teach
No longer killing animals not to satisfy
But through Jesus sacrifice
Birthed forth all pains of the world into
A new covenant with a lighted path
To bring the joy and peace of a newborn
To be nourished from the divine
Not of the foods which spoil
May God bless, comfort, guide and
Fill you with His peace, love, spirit and joy in abundance

The Potters Hand

In the beginning it was dust
being tossed around in the wind with no direction
wandering for a home that could not be found alone
laid out on hot pavement dried out and seeking
then the rain fell upon, mending together to form clay
bringing forth a new life form
from which by itself was alone and dead
water shall be made available to all
which shall give the texture to work with
few will absorb into a ready substance
seeking to be like the lamp stand which set the example
washing away the stones which caused it to separate
the Potter shall embrace with guidance
pouring the perfect mixture on a solid foundation
for this new creation to be molded
for all has been brought forth to press on
Just as clay while being formed into his creation
will fall and try to go on its own
for it has no support within itself
and has to be known it can not do it alone
but he watches closely and with his hands
he continues to mold and patch all things right
for he knows its path and direction
for only by staying in the center of his hands
shall it be raised up into a finished product
set up to be baked by the fire to purify
which then can be filled with overflowing water

Thank You Lord

Thank You Lord

Jesus you laid down your life for me
So I put my faith and trust in thee
The evil within tries to overtake
But I flee and resist for my soul’s sake
I stay focused on thy Lord
And yield temptations with thy sword
I turned from thy sins
And new life began
Lord, you taught me the way
And showed me I was drifting astray
Following the wandering sheep
That fled at the strike of the Shepherd’s greet
You cut down the trees and cleared a path
For those who walk it will escape the wrath
You planted the field with seeds
In hope of sprouting good deeds
It is only through your grace and mercy
That you give water, for those who drink shall never be thirsty
You are thy foundation
And deliverance out of salvation
You washed the stains from thy robe
And filled me with the spirit to stand bold
Saving me from death
And giving me everlasting breath
I wait patiently for the day
When the Lord will say
My child I am pleased
You have endured to the end
Now Come On In

The Banquet

There is a special banquet
that shall be held for a King
Everyone shall receive an invitation
they are sent daily
directly to you
not to look in your mailbox
for He shall invite all
even those without an address
He says come as you are
no need to go and buy outfits
for He shall take notice of the inside
The address will be given
when you receive your invitation
for it shall bring guidance to find His home
no device man has created shall lead you there
no need to worry about transportation
all will be provided
will you come to celebrate with the King
there many shall praise and sing
Once you have opened your invitation
and know this is for you
Then this is how we shall be made acceptable
for we shall not make it on our own
but to become less of what the world teaches
and become more like the King
The King shall be at the door
at this banquet only He shall let you in
he has provided a way for all to have access
but many shall refuse and be left wandering
Will your name be on the reservation list
to attend The Banquet
This is the one invitation not to look past
for those who enter shall be home at last

Peace

I have no peace, no quietness; I have no rest, but only turmoil.”
Job 3:26 NIV

The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace.
Isaiah 59:8 NIV

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 NIV

“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:34 NIV

Lord, you establish peace for us; all that we have accomplished you have done for us.
Isaiah 26:12 NIV

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13 NIV

Indeed ,this world is in turmoil
So, many corrupt paths and roads
Leaving one exhausted from chaos
Waves that would cause a boat to sink
Winds that would blow it sails to tip over
Many astrologers and meteorologist
That could try and tell one the exact
Day that one could sail for calmness
Oh wait a minute this was not in the forecast
Out of no where the waves and winds
Still come out to cause chaos
There is One which has given
One a way to find peace and rest
To bring a calmness not while just out at sea
But in knowing this road leads to Him
For a separation of the old self or worldly things
By the Holy Spirit guiding and molding.
Within, giving a new understanding
That one has nothing to fear
If we could be in the spirit
All are united as family
The waves and winds come but get rejected
Not of own works
But by faith and the will of Christ
To leave one out on a calm sea
Watching the beauty of God's creation
Unfold daily in His presence

My Enemy

My Enemy
From my time I have learned
It is not republican or democrats
king or queens
That shall determine my fate
It is not the color of ones skin
That makes them who they are
Or which religion one serves
Or which corner
They choose to worship
It is not the feud
Of which life matters
It is not this worlds
 view in life that withstands
And it's not what race I was born into
It is not the division
This world strives to create
For in this time
I have come to learn
My worst enemy
Is me not surrending
Unto the creator of the all and all
It is only us that separates
Us from the love you never known
For you will see no color
Or care which race
You where born into
For we are all God's creation
And he wants to live
In each of us
That we might reveal
To others the love he has for us
If you are still reading
I pray the Lord
Enters and dwells within
That he might become more
And we shall become less
And be a light
To a world that lives in
Darkness
I love you all

Kingdom of Heaven

Kingdom of Heaven

For there is but one that holds the key
with only one gate of entrance
so that the thief shall not enter
and when his sheep enter they are at rest
We can not build a tower to reach it
are even abide by laws of man to be good enough
For man is of Adam, who is of sinful nature
created of flesh and blood that cannot enter
ruled by the power of darkness and knowledge of man
that loves to boast in own work
and seek to please people for their pride
which all leads to bondage of death
Thankfully, Christ has come in flesh and blood
and defeated this captivity of the beast
For man tried its best to keep him quiet
and even killed him with a criminals death
because they can only see things of this world
oh how they love to be worshiped
for they claim to know it all but are blind
and keep leading others into the ditch
Christ came and allowed man to crucify him
in order to fulfill all the foretold prophecies
and defeat death with his sacrifice
For now he holds the key that can give us life
Christ is the visible of the invisible God
if one wants to see a sign
call upon his name
and your soul will be shaken
as the trees you see being tossed around by the wind
for you know not where it comes from or where it is going
but the effects cannot be unnoticed
we now have available to be circumcised
from our sinful nature of worldly things
That, Christ might enter us with his fire
to purify and mold one into a new creature
filling the cup with peace, love, and joy.
Christ came and paid the price
and to give us a way to the Kingdom of Heaven
For the Kingdom of heaven
is the power of Christ to reign and walk with man
in this moment and time
to speak from the lips and change the heart
to separate man from the power of darkness
that we might be given a heavenly body
that will resurrect from the dead
for flesh and blood will return to dust
But, oh Hallelujah my friends what belongs to Christ
will return to Christ.

Oh Death

Oh death once had us
Yoked to you in slavery
From our wickedness
And rejecting the only true God
We built idols of stone and wood
But there was no response
When calling out
Oh death you once had us
That we would put trust in the stargazers
To tell us of the future
And believe those
Who are considered
To be the most wise of man
But these foolish thoughts
Are from this world below
And doesn't comprehend
The beauty of your love
And your plan from above
Oh death you once had us
To believe
That all sinners are all going to Hades
That there is no hope for the bad
With the mindset
That we are good
And the bad will be cast
Into the lake of fire
Well oh death
You have lost your sting
Jesus has placed
You under his feet
It is finished
Death could not hold him to earth
The yoke has been broken
Jesus with his breath
Has sent the spirit of fire
Across this earth
To burn away the oldman
That was born to this world
For Jesus I ask you
To keep my old man here
In the lake of fire
And mold and purify me
Of all my impurities
That by your will
I might be made acceptable
And receive the seal of life
That one needs
To enter your Kingdom
That I shall become less each day
And more of you

Alone and Weak

Alone and Weak

When I feel alone and weak
I read your word and seek
While your so eager to teach
No further than just a reach
Always by our side
Leading the way down the path
Serving as a comforter and guide
Claiming and protecting us from the wrath
Lord you are the only way
Any saying other have gone astray
I feel your presence get stronger and stronger
As I pray it will not be much longer
When you will wipe away these tears
Turning them to joy and cheers
I see many signs taking place
As you teach to hold on and endure the race
Those who you can call your friend
Will stick it out till the end
I saw by your faith all I need
As you came and planted seeds
While protecting them from the weeds
I hear you calling
And I let you in to change my desires
No longer chasing the worlds delights
But trying to reflect you to shine bright
As you gave the world sight

The Road

I walk down a road
on my way home
it gets dirty at times
many bumps to oversee
with pebbles in the way
I have to watch
out for the holes
not to fall upon
to be stumbled and weak
Look now there is the creek
Providing all around with water
and transporting nutrients
I come upon the bridge
That continues to show me
across the road I am walking
Giving a way to overpass
My feet once would hurt
on this road home
But now I have the best shoes
as if I am gliding
I come across many signs
some say turn left
some say turn right
some forsee a dead end
But I will continue to go straight
to follow the one way in route
avoiding all uturns
For I am being guided
and pulled toward my home
