Mama's Bed

Sometimes when I was very small
I couldn't make it through the night
I'd dream of things that creep and crawl
and wake up with an awful fright.
Then staring into all that gloom
remembering what my mama said
I'd run down the hall into her room
Cause there's no bad dreams in Mamas bed.

Promises

So quietly they nestled near
Beneath her warmth, away from fear
While above their cozy home in the ground
Mother nature displayed her snow white gown.
Sleep on little bunnies for soon you will bring
a breath of new life to the birth of the spring.
