Definition of Perfect

Definition of Perfect:
Jose A. Montero
Her hair flashes by like rapid fire,
Yet filling me with so much desire.
Her beauty is yet so unparallel,
Such a sweet voice, it’s as if a bell.
Just thinking of her makes me smile,
I am left in a strange denial.
For how can I have scored such a girl,
Who brilliance surpasses that of a pearl.
To think just think of her I begin to daze,
For I cannot but to help to gaze.
Because it’s only her to have my heart,
And only for her, who with it I’ll part.
My thoughts are always turned to her,
And my love has reached such a high caliber.
To add, she is so marvelously unique,
And only for her love, do I seek.
Even though I may become weak,
The love I have for her, in my heart, I will always keep.
For she has always been so sweet,
And she is the one whom I wish to meet.
For with me she is so understanding,
Being always, just so amazing.
For the way she smiles,
Makes my heart beat 1000 miles.
Take her love and make it mine,
Brighten my day, make the sun shine.
Push away the saddening clouds,
Make me jump and sing aloud.
The time when I say to her, the things that I’ve kept hidden, may be next week, month or
year, but soon she’ll know how I feel.
And with that she’ll know that the love I have her for is truly real.
You

Tears of the Heart

Tears of the Heart
By Jose Alejandro Montero

I let my dreams, grow and flourish with thee,
My passion, my love, I let them be yours in pure jubilee.

You grabbed, you claimed, you took my heart,
You took all of it, and then you tore it apart.

Took my love, and threw it to the dirt.
Stomped it, kicked it, till it really hurts.

You took it; you stabbed it with your horrid deeds of dread.
Oh, and you didn’t stop, till my tears were shed, till my heart had bled.

Never cared for me, never loved me at all.
You said you loved me; you would never let me fall.

You filled with me lies; you promised me your love.
Well look at me now, you left me hurt and crippled here, as if a dying dove.

Now I am stuck here, with memories of sorrow, something I thought was great.
Something you built up built up with love, then to tear it down with hate.

Now I am confused, heartbroken, and feeling alone.
Sitting in sorrow, from the things I have been shown.

To be left in ocean of sorrow, misery, of despair.
Oh, how I cry to the heavens, with my tears in the wind, oh how this is all too much to bear.

Now can’t you see me, see how I have been cursed?
To wade through the horror’s which you have caused, in which I am immersed.

Let me break through these chains of sorrow, oh please let me be.
For I am confused, I am lost, so please give me a chance, to once again see.

Release me from you spell, from your woe wrought incantation.
Please, let it come to an end, to this sorrow filled association.

If you enjoy in my misery, just say it so, do not hide behind those sickly veils.
Do not stand there, for though I may not be strong, I know alas that you will fail.

For I know, that I will break free from this place, this bane of bliss.
I am done; I no longer wish for you, to no longer reminisce.

The Fate of Life

Why do we have sorrow, sadness, grief or pain?
Is it so we can lead to a better day?
From it, what do we really gain?
Would it be better to keep it all at bay?
Do we deserve this, or is it just by fate?
Lies, just to make you feel better
Man, feels like you were only bait.
Unless, you do it right; to the letter
No one is perfect, you have to see
Everyone’s flaws, aren’t ever the same
Yet we seem to have a key
For what other reason would we have a name
For what other reason would we be
I am not perfect, you must realize
Yet pain, is not what we want or need
People have even considered suicide
Yet we still manage to make it another day
With those by you to stand tall and strong
Just by the words of which you say
We shall unite in a spacious throng
And come out stronger than ever
Brothers and Sisters holding each other
For these are the bonds that we do not sever
The lives for which are no other
Unless we have each other to hold
Someone to hold in times of need
To provide the heat in the cold
Now these are the righteous deeds
For if not my love, then what by?
Be lost in the sorrow of hate and fears
Forever alone, until the day we die
Unless one comes to wipe our tears
One will always be needed, no matter what
Even when you think that all is lost
No need for the knife that cuts
For this is the only one true cost
That you may finally be removed from remorse
For all you need is love, the one true source.

Chained

To be still bound by an unbroken chain.
No way to release, all the clenched up pain.
Someone you care for with all of your heart.
Yet so far away, with the threat that it will all fall apart.

No matter all your hopes, and all of your tries.
This one precious thing will be your demise.
A memory of something that will hold you back,
Will become the thorn in your side, a sharp edged tack.

For the distance is too far, the love is not as strong,
It’s only a matter of time till you join the social throng.
But the real question is, how long, what time?
Will it be by the end of this despicable rhyme?

The end is near; you can see the end light,
Yet you can run away, no matter strength or might.
I would hope it would last, I would hope it could stay,
But it marked and set, for some ill fated day.

Every fairy tale will have some kind of ending,
Comedy, or Drama, the choice is still pending.
Will you go off with a bang, with sound resounding,
Or will you just fall down, to get hit, with a pounding.

Liar

You lie, you lie to yourself, you lie to your face,
You know what you are doing, you know it is wrong.
But yet you still do it, you still lie through your teeth,
Yet you blame it on confusion, but you know where you belong.

You know your place; you know your rights,
Still you never stay still, you are never at peace.
Seeking only for you won good, selfish towards others,
Please let me tell you now, this hunger inside will never cease.

Causing pain to other, you blame it all on them,
But it is your own fault; you did this on your own.
Can you not accept the consequences of what you’ve done?
It is by these wicked actions that you are condoned.

Unless loneliness is your wish, do you enjoy all of this?
Is it to your please, all of this pain and sorrow?
Because you have done nothing to right this wrong,
You should be thankful that you will wake on the morrow.

Face up, and accept what you already know,
Or can you not even accept what is plain to see.
You have been called out; your crimes must be paid for,
Can you do that, or will you still like to me.

Betrayer, deceiver, all of your words are lies,
How can you dare ask to be trusted when you cannot yourself?
You monster, you fool, you heartless fiend,
For on your own you are nothing, you words are lies in and of itself.

So confess your actions, your deeds of dread,
Less you return to what you once were.
You were a monster; you were the name of shame,
Can you not remember what was your final cure?

Please recall who helped you in times past,
Who was there for you, to help you stand when you could not?
Now who are you hurting now, who suffers due to you?
Were they not your friends, your allies whom you sought?

It was they, who helped you, by them you were renewed,
Yet you replay them with that they never deserved,
You wake up each day, full knowing your actions,
What would you name yourself? From what you have observed?

If you don’t stop now, what will you become?
Stop your actions, before it is too late.
Or you will regret it, and never forget,
Change now or you will forever be locked from loves gate.

Drowning

Lying in the water, with no reason to live
Slowly loosing life, what more do I have to give?
Fall into the water, loose all your breath
Oh how I want to, to be close to death
Drowning in the water, nearly to my head
This is what I dream of, when I am in bed
Now the light is going, going from my eyes
Oh how quick I can’t wait for this quick demise.

Wish

Have you ever made a wish?
For someone to call yours?
Someone to kiss goodnight
Someone that your heart adores.

To have that one person, from your sweetest dreams,
Come in, and make your life a perfect jubilee.
Make old fairy tales of love, become your day to day,
Yet I thought that day would never come, for that just isn’t me.

IT is night impossible for dreams to become reality,
But I am stubborn; I will not accept this truth to be right.
I shall not rest until that day that fiction becomes real.
Patience is all that I need, just wait throughout the night.

Then that day did finally come!
I must say my wish came true,
For it did come into my life, and made it all so very perfect.
Now the moment that It all came true,
Was the moment that I met you.

Friends

You have people, you have friends throughout your life,
Ones that help you to banish away all the strife.

They help you to be happy, to push away the hate,
They are the only ones, who hold the key to life's gate.

With them you grow stronger, to fulfill your destiny,
Loyal to you in tough times, no matter what they be.

We all need friends, for help and support,
To stand by you, to be your personal escort.

Yet please remember what they've done, when they have times of trial,
Be there to help, to be there to advise, and to please make them smile.

So please don't lose your friends, you allies,
For if you do, it will soon be your demise.

Not even the best can hope to stand alone,
Even they will fall, collapse, and moan.

Be thankful for this day for all of your friends,
Because the good ones will stick with you until the very end.

Soul's Cry

There he is, there he dwells; be ever wary of him.
Do not think that all is well; must not be conquered, by sin.
You must watch; truth be told; He is ever, watching you.
You may try, to be brave and bold; your family will also die too.
You may chance upon his tower; Man shall kneel, become forever humble.
And deeply suffer his awesome power; your tongue, your words, shall become a mumble.
You may dream, think, and wonder; Begin to ask brothers, why?
But these are men, can’t even ponder; the reason of a woman’s sigh.
Then I searched, pondered, and looked for; the answer, to let me break free.
Freedom; I crave, nothing for more; Then I was, I could see.
Then I knew that he must fall; He must be humbled, thrown off.
All have come, together in call; they were stern, none were soft.
Then we left, marching to tower; Men make ready, for the coming end.
Prepare to make him cower; all was still, grass didn’t bend.
There he was, yet meek, without care; anguished beyond any cry.
Dead yet alive, more than despair; His crown rolling on by.
Turned to me; quiet as night; Sad, angry all from sin.
Began to fade in the light; I cried, he was my only kin.

Passing

If I died tomorrow would you miss me, would you cry?
Would you remorse, would you just deny?

If I was gone tomorrow, no more smiles, no more embraces,
What would you do, move on that day to fill the empty spaces?

Would the loss of a life affect your own?
To tear at the earth in agony, from what you have been shown.

Would you cherish the memories shared?
Or let them be forgotten, to prove you never cared.

Miss my humor, my laughter, my smile.
Unless to be filled with sadness and denial.

If I died tomorrow, what would you do?
Stay in the past, or find something new.

For what would you have remembered me?
Which words would you choose to describe, whatever they be.

What I accomplished or what I destroyed,
Of which memories will fill that void?

If only I died tomorrow,
Would you be filled with jubilee or be filled with sorrow?
