Passing

If I died tomorrow would you miss me, would you cry? Would you remorse, would you just deny? If I was gone tomorrow, no more smiles, no more embraces, What would you do, move on that day to fill the empty spaces? Would the loss of a life affect your own? To tear at the earth in agony, from what you have been shown. Would you cherish the memories shared? Or let them be forgotten, to prove you never cared. Miss my humor, my laughter, my smile. Unless to be filled with sadness and denial. If I died tomorrow, what would you do? Stay in the past, or find something new. For what would you have remembered me? Which words would you choose to describe, whatever they be. What I accomplished or what I destroyed, Of which memories will fill that void? If only I died tomorrow, Would you be filled with jubilee or be filled with sorrow?
