Christmas In July

It's hot,
Its' sunny,
but not,
that funny.
No it's Christmas,
Christmas in July,
We have memories to spare,
And such a natural high.
No snowman,
No cocoa,
No sad little faces,
No people who are loco
Only presents,
and joy,
Family
and girls and boys
People are here,
to celebrate this season,
the time is now near
to say we're leaving.
So now I must conclude
with this little poem to say,
please be happy, to be here
on this joyful, joyful day.

Kirsten (A Poem By One of My Best Friends)

Kirsten

Kirsten has really pretty eyes,
She's loving, caring, and she never lies.
She helps me whenever I'm lonely or sad,
She doesn't like when boy's are bad.
Cuz she's a nice person and loves Jesus,
And anyone would help her if she ever sneezes.
Her best friend's name is Kath,
My love for her is taking a wrath.
Whenever she's awake, the sun will rise.
She's really cute, and has many natural highs :) (inside joke)
She's really smart in so many ways,
With her in your life, you'll have brighter days.
So give her a chance in your
miserable lives.
Cuz you'll love and miss her whenever
she dies.
But her smiles will never die, but live
forever.
Giving her up will make your
Heart Sever.

Credit For?

Have you ever thought about who gets the credit?
Who gets the credit for the bread you eat?
Who gets credit for your Nike shoes?
Who gets credit for those help numbers?
All these companies and so many more get all the credit.
Have you ever thought about the poor people getting
less than 30 cents an hour in the beating sun,
to make YOUR food, YOUR shoes, to help YOU!
The next time you get make a sandwich
or put on your shoes,
think about all the people struggling to provide for you.
A person not even your own race or speaking your own language,
providing for you...
Think about it.

L O V E

You came into my dark, bare life,
and made me re-think it all.
You loved me like no on ever has.
You say there's no way we can fall.

Everything was right,
Love was in the thin, cold air.
It warmed our beating hearts,
and made us greatly care.

To think that a girl like me,
would have someone as special as you.
Anyone, anywhere could snatch you up,
but you stay, who would of knew?

Now remeber these 3 words,
and don't have any doubt,
I love you and you've shown me,
what loves truely about.

Horses

Horses, lots of them.
hey eat a lot.
They poop a lot.
They are very loud,
but we love them anyway,
so much that,
we will name car's speed
after them.
They make us feel on
top of the world when we,
ride them or make us feel like
the world's a blur.
Horses may be horses
but we still love them.

My Confused Heart

My heart is here,
but is also lost.
I sit and wait,
to find the cost,
for this stress and pain,
that my heart is in.
But any hopeful gain,
comes to a tradgic end.
Everyday I wait in hope,
for my peace to come,
but all I can do is sit and mope.
My live is uneven,
and heavy as could be.
I find myself crying,
and lost out to sea.
Everyday's a new day,
and another tear is drawn.
So now I must say,
My heart is truely gone...

Darkness and Hope

My world is closing in.
Darkness is surronding me.
I see no light,
I'm blinded and can not see.
My eyes are slowly shutting,
My windows begin to close.
I take two steps back,
and look at my withered rose.
Time is coming to a stop,
and my soul begins to die.
I learn to trust no one,
and only learn to cry.
All my life is ruined,
and now you truely see.
You took my heart and
you ripped it in three.
My world is now,
only in black and white.
I have grown completly still,
and blocked out all the light.
Though I may be gone,
and have no words to say.
I know one thing for sure my Lord will return,
one truley happy day!

Canvas of Artwork

A canvas of artwork,
Beautiful art.
Mountains, seas, ground, air.
All on one painting.
No man can explain it.
No man can make it,
But a man can ruin it.
The most beautiful picture
Ripped, trashed, ruined.
Would you like to be the one to do this?
Would you like to be responsible for it?
No, but you are.
Every bad action makes one more rip in the canvas.
But together we can tape it back together,
With our actions.
Plant, save, recycle, you know what to do.
Now do it.
Re- paint our world,
Restore its beauty.
A canvas of artwork.
