Shattered Heart

In a place where love's tender glow once shone,
A girl with a broken heart stands alone.
She wonders why this guy inflicts such pain,
Leaving her bewildered, her tears like rain.

Her heart, once whole, now fragmented and torn,
She questions why she's left so forlorn.
The puzzle of his actions she can't grasp,
Yearning for answers, but they elude her grasp.

She gazes at the stars with tearful eyes,
Seeking solace in the moonlit skies.
Unable to fathom his callous ways,
Her shattered heart a testament, it displays.

Yet within her, a flicker of strength remains,
A resilience to heal from love's cruel stains.
For deep within her tender soul, she'll find,
The power to mend, leave the pain behind.

Though she cannot fathom why he caused distress,
In time, she'll find the courage to progress.
A broken heart, though painful, can still mend,
And love's true beauty, once more, she'll comprehend.

The Way I Love Him

In a world where stars softly gleam,
There's a love that's more than it may seem.
For him, a poem of love I'll weave,
With words that his heart will surely receive.

In his eyes, a universe resides,
Where galaxies dance and love collides.
His smile, a gentle sunbeam's glow,
Melting my heart with a radiant flow.

His touch, a whisper of tenderness,
Igniting a fire, a sweet caress.
His voice, a melody that soothes my soul,
Guiding me to a love that makes me whole.

Through every season, our love will endure,
With passion and joy forever pure.
For he's the one who holds my heart,
A love that will never drift apart.

So here's a poem, a love letter true,
For him, my love, forever anew.
In every word, a love song sings,
For the man who makes my heart take wing.

Southern Grace

Title: Southern Grace

In the land where magnolias bloom,
Beneath the southern sun's warm embrace,
There lies a region filled with tales,
A tapestry woven with Southern grace.

Amidst the fields of cotton white,
Whispers of history, rich and deep,
A symphony of voices, day and night,
Their stories, secrets they forever keep.

From the Mississippi's mighty flow,
To the bayous of Louisiana's sway,
The South unfolds its vibrant show,
A place where time dances, come what may.

Sweet tea and pecan pies delight,
Soulful melodies in the humid air,
Gentle drawls and "y'all" unite,
A sense of kinship, ever there.

Majestic oaks with branches wide,
Provide shade from the scorching heat,
A refuge for dreams to safely reside,
Beneath the canopy, life's rhythm beats.

Oh, Southern belle, so fiercely strong,
With grace that knows no bounds,
You've endured, and you belong,
In this cherished corner of hallowed grounds.

So, let us raise a glass up high,
To the American South, a cherished place,
Where history, culture, and love's reply,
Reside in hearts with Southern grace.

Her Broken Heart

In shadows cast by love's cruel game,
My heart stays shattered, forever the same.
Once, it danced to your sweet serenade,
But now, in sorrow, it finds no aid.

Your eyes, once warm, now burn with ire,
A love once true, now consumed by fire.
I long for solace, a glimmer of light,
But darkness prevails, engulfing my night.

Each day, I hope for a change of heart,
Yet your anger tears our love apart.
A fragile soul, I bear this weight alone,
With tears unbidden, my heart turns to stone.

In the depths of despair, my spirit cries,
For love's sweet embrace, a balm to my sighs.
But alas, it seems our fate is sealed,
A love that's fractured, forever concealed.

So I stand here, broken, my heart undone,
Yearning for love, but feeling none.
A silent plea, in this poem I confide,
Hoping one day, my wounds will subside.

Why Does It Hurt?

In shadows she dwells, a girl forlorn,
Her heart shattered, tattered and torn.
She wonders why he inflicts such pain,
Leaving her heartache to forever remain.

Like riddles unsolved, his actions unclear,
She yearns for solace, a love sincere.
Why does he hurt her, time and again?
A question that echoes, deep within.

She dances in darkness, lost and confused,
His words a weapon, her heart abused.
She longs for answers, a glimpse of truth,
Yearning for love's healing, a resolute.

But in her despair, she'll find her way,
Strength will emerge from this disarray.
She'll gather her pieces, rise from the fall,
A phoenix reborn, she'll conquer it all.

For broken hearts mend, though scars may remain,
Her spirit unyielding, she'll find joy again.
In time, she'll fathom, it wasn't her worth,
But his own demons that caused this dearth.

So let her heal, let her soul mend,
For she'll rise above, love's wounds transcend.
No longer a victim, she'll learn to forgive,
And find a love that helps her truly live.

Peace In the Fall

Whispering breeze floats,
Nature's melody unfolds,
Peace in every breath.

Broken

In the moonlit ache of night's embrace, A whispered sigh, love's shattered grace. Heartstrings tangled, melodies undone, In the ruins of love, two souls outrun.A silent plea in tear-stained prose, Echoes linger, where love once chose. Through fractured verses, emotions spill, A girl's broken heart, a love to fulfil
