I know I have to let him go,
I have to walk away.
I don’t know how to let him go,
I just have to find a way.
Just taking it step by step, walking through the night
Broken deep inside.
Haunted by the words I never said, cause fear kept them choked inside.
Gotta let him go,
Can’t let him go,
This love will never die.
Keep my curtains closed,
Don’t want to see the light.
For I have been awakened,
I just did it too little too late.

Hoping and praying for a second chance,
In one of our next lives.
To turn the wheel of fate and look deep into your eyes.
