Mother

The love of a mother fills your heart with nothing but joy
The love of a mother makes you fearless,brave and humble 
This love is what many say is the most beautiful thing to exist 
It is a mystery that none have solved 
It is evidence that peace can exist,because mother bring you peace in a world of violence, hate and evil

But it seems as if my mother missed the annual mother meetings because she does bring me joy or makes me fearless. I know I'm supposed to love and cherish my mother but how can I do something that I've never seen her do to her children. 

I am mad at her for not being a mother 
I am mad at me for not being the daughter she wants
I am mad at the universe for not making the annual mother meeting compulsory because I would be happy and she would be happy 

Joy,fearlessness,bravery,humbleness are the things I'm still searching for because my mother has gate kept the ones she was meant to give me

But is it fair to live a life trying to be the mother I never had so that I can have a mother's love even if its coming from myself
