Ask God For Discernment

THERE COMES A TIME IN OUR LIFE
WE QUESTION IF ITS WRONG OR RIGHT
IF WE TRUST GOD AND BELIEVE
GOD WILL GIVE US DISCERNMENT TO PERCEIVE
WHEN WE ARE ATTENTIVE TO RECEIVE
WE MUST ASKED GOD TO RENDER DISCERNMENT
AND NOT TO BE TOO HASTY TO GIVE IN TO BELIEVE
WHAT MAY LOOK GOOD TO YOU AND ME
MAY BE COVER UP IN CLOTHING OF ROYALTY
THAT'S WHY WE ASKED GOD FOR DISCERNMENT
FOR HE WANTS US TO HAVE JOY AND CONTENTMENT
WE MUST STAY PRAYERFUL AND ASK GOD FOR DISCERNMENT
BE A COMMITTED BELIEVER OF CHRIST DAY AND NIGHT
NOT TO SIT IN JUDGEMENT BUT ASK GOD FOR DISCERNMENT
CONTINUE TO ASK GOD FOR DISCERNMENT IN YOUR LIFE

Thank You

For all Your Love, Mercy and Grace,
It was on Calvary You took my place,
Thank You.
For Peace, Joy and Gladness, sometimes pain,
Sadness and yet Happiness,
Thank You.
For supplying needs of the less fortunate,
And forgiving us daily, its so important,
Thank You.
If I had ten thousand tongues, I couldn't  
Say it enough, never give You up,
Thank You.
Your word will be my guide, You promise 
Never to leave me, be by my side,
Thank You.
One day we will meet and I will humbly bow
At Your feet, I LOVE YOU ! ! !

I Say Yes, Jesus Said No

Hello Church Family
There is something I want you to know
When I was saying yes, Jesus said no
When the Doctor says, "There is nothing I can do for you"
I was devastated and felt deep down in my soul
I still say yes, but Jesus said no
All who knows that I truly love singing for the Lord
Today was a special day, Church Anniversary, Deaconess Sunday
To be led by me for devotions, however,
I say yes, Jesus said no.
Sometimes God has a reason, a season for all of us
To go through the valley
No matter what day or what we say, stand still
Be obedient, He's in control
I can't say yes, when Jesus says no.

Step Up For Christ

When we see there's hope in life,
We must step up for Christ.
When we know He paid the price,
We must step up for Christ.
We must tell of His sacrifice,
We must step up for Christ.
He's in need for brave soldiers to fight,
We must step up for Christ.
Victory is ours all day and night,
We must step up for Christ.
If you love Him like I do, you'll too,
Step up for Christ.

Lord I'M So Thankful

Its You, Lord, that has brought me through sickness and pain,
Even through the sunshine and the rain.
Just when I wanted to throw up my hands and turn the other way,
I was reminded that with You there will be brighter days.
So Lord, I'm so grateful and truly thankful for knowing You,
That I have decided no matter what I encounter 
Every day of my life that You will bring me through.
Lord I'm so thankful, Lord I'm so thankful, 
Lord I'm so thankful, I can't say it enough,
Even though sometimes the road gets rough.
No matter what comes my way or what others say,
I'm so thankful to the Lord, for He's in my life to stay.

What's His Name?

J is for Joy in the time of sorrow
When you think there's no hope for tomorrow.
E is for Everlasting, that's what His Love is, 
from day to day never passing.
S is for the Suffering on the cross, 
for all of us who are loss.
U is for Unity, one day we'll all be in Eternity.
S is for Serenity when we're able to behold all of His creativity.
So, as you can see that Jesus is His Name,
And we that have breath should always praise His Holy Name.

We Belong To Him

You think you're lost without a friend
And life's turmoil have no end
You belong to Him
He owns the world and those that dwell within
Regardless the situations, going out or coming in
We belong to Him
So believe it right now, today and always
If you decide to give your life, obey and follow Him
He's one that will never denied you, cause
We Belong To Him

From the rising of the sun
To the going down the same
You're Everything To Me
Morning, noon and night
You have all power and might
You're Everything To Me
In all times of trials and tribulations
You are the ruler over all nations

We all should be on our knees

If we walk by faith and not by sight
We will soon behold God's heavenly light
For God is the answer to our everyday life
For He loves us so, morning, noon and night.

The Time Is Now

Get ready, get ready
The time to stand steady
Unmovable, always abounding
With faith in God around me
The time is now
Don't ask me how
Not tomorrow or later
No time to be a waiter
So be willing be ready
God needs the faithful
God needs the grateful
Who knows and their works is ready
Not asking how
For the time is now
