One More Moment

Most of the time, I don't know what to do.
To keep my heart from aching.
To keep my emotions in check.
To keep my cravings and lust on the low side 
.
Because my quiet days are filled with you.
Twirling and dancing in my head
My heart seeks you.
My soul wants to love you.

It's like I have no peace.
Since the day, doors to your
Soul closed 
The doors to your "I love you"
got closed while mine are still open.

Maybe I need one more moment with you.
Maybe I need one more second or one more minute.
Till the next day, until the next Sunday is for lovers' day
Maybe then, just maybe
The tides and the storms will rest, and peace will flood.
While we candlelit dinner under the stars, listening to
The waves land on the beach.

Maybe one more moment can lead to us fulfilling our journey.
We started before.

Because I am not done
