Forgotten Code of Honor and Pride

Forgotten code of honor and pride

Men where are your honor?
Where are you’re code of pride?
Where are you’re animal instincts for fighting what is yours?
Where are the days that we would rather die to protect your pride then face defeat?
Where are the days that we lived by our code and your own strength?
Instead we became mere shells of our former fore fathers

We became too weak to protect our own pride,
Too weak to stand up after a fight,
Too weak to protect our own dignity,
Too weak to stand face to face with your enemy and not attack from behind,
Weak enough to hide behind words and excuses of doing the ‘right’ thing,
How disgustingly weak we became with flesh of unnecessary emotions, cowardliness!

Stand up from the ashes of defeat!
Stand up, fight and claim what is yours’!
Stand up and claim back your honor!
Stand up and claim back your pride!
Stand up and make your fore fathers proud!

Stand up and claim back your forgotten code of honor and pride!

An Apology To All Women

I’m sorry for not being who you want me to be,
I’m sorry for not being the most attractive of all,
I’m sorry for not being romantic like Romeo was to Juliet,
I’m sorry for not being the funniest man on this planet and make you laugh all of the time,
I’m sorry for not being the richest of kings,
I’m sorry for not being more than one person who knows all of your troubles and takes it away,
I’m sorry that I’m not the knight on his white horse that will whisk you away, but a rider on a black steed.

I’m sorry for caring for you with my whole heart and think that you are perfect in my eyes,
I’m sorry for trying to be there for you whenever I can, even though I have troubles of my own,
I’m sorry that I care for you too much and worry for your safety in life,
I’m sorry that I will give my life up in a second if need be,
I’m sorry that I want to help take on all of your burdens in life and carry it on my shoulders,
I’m sorry if I show how much love I have for you, even if you spew it back in my face,
I’m sorry that I want to be there when you need a shoulder, a pillar of strength to lean against,
I’m sorry that I want to show you how much beauty there is and how much there is to give,
I’m sorry that I don’t want to crumble like ground underneath your feet when you hurt,

I’M SORRY FOR NOT BEING WHO YOU WANT ME TO BE,
I’M SORRY FOR LOVING YOU WITH MY WHOLE HEART AND SEE YOU IN A LIGHT OF PERFECTION,
…I’M SORRY FOR BEING.

Tragedy of Trust

Friendships, what an over rated joke!
Relationships, what a tragedy of a joke!
Sympathy, what an unnecessary emotion!

They are the death to your pride,
They will destroy your honor!
It makes you a useless being without objectiveness
It makes you loose sight of your goals!
And when you give it a chance it will be your downfall!

Friends will stab you in the back,
A loved one will betray you,
Trust them and they will spit in your face
Love them and you might regret it!

Why Questions

Why Questions?

Why is this our earth, our world?
What is the meaning to all of this chaos?
Why are we here?
Why must you get a good education, get a job, get married, have offspring, die and repeat?
Why is it that lust and curiosity is getting the better of us?

Why is it that we can’t take the beauty of the moment for what it is?
Why do we step over each other just to get to the grave.
Why do we live, love and loose it all?
And so, do we finally get it in the next life or just repeat it all?
Why is it that what seems very important in life, is insignificant at the end?
Why can’t I see the beauty everyday all around me?
And is there meaning to life without love?

Why is it that I have to find the answers on my own, to my own questions?
To it all... why?

Why Are You Afraid

I have already lived a lonely life so long.
No longer want I to live my life alone,
For I found the one I love.
But she is afraid of the possibility that some one might love her unconditionally, even with her past mistakes.
She is afraid to see herself through my eyes, the most beautiful woman ever.
She wonders around looking for happiness, even though she knows she is looking in all of the wrong places.

Why are you afraid of love, my love?
Why do you seek people with empty love and broken promises?
Haven’t you suffered enough in your life?
Why do you keep torturing yourself?
Why won’t you let me help carry your burdens in life by your side?
Why won’t you give me a chance to love you?

Instead you give me stolen glances when you think that I don’t see you.
Your eyes keep finding me without your own knowledge some times,
And yet it is the same for me,
Our hearts keep wondering around, trying to forget one another.
But in the end, our hearts find each other again.
And our happiness returns, happiness that I can only get when I see you,
And hopefully, happiness and love that I give you.

But one question is still so very unclear?
Why are you afraid of my love?
…with your stolen eye glances.

Buddy System

"Warning, find yourself a buddy when in life's ride
and before you exit the ride of life"

You come in life screaming and kicking not knowing why,
You then realize frantically, "I have to find my buddy",
Someone to walk with, holding my hand through life's trials,

You began to search purposefully not knowing what you search for or who,
You frantically grasp to relationships hoping you are lucky enough to find your friend,
Some find a buddy for the wrong reasons,
Some find a buddy in hopes they will be good friends before the end of the ride,
Some find a buddy only the loose them,
some find a buddy just so not being alone at the end of the journey,

then there are those who give up on the search for their buddy,
Some brave the unknown and loneliness and continue the ride of life on their own,
How I wonder if we who travel life alone without our buddy,
if the joy will be the same at the end of the ride?

Confused, With Answers In Plain Sight

Who is to say what is right or what is wrong?
You, Me, so called leaders or preachers?
Why are we so worried of becoming the thing set by guidlines and rules of people and ties?
Why are you worried of meeting the love of your life or growing old alone?
Why do you seek a reason to run or hide, not feel worthy enough of being you?

Why do you think the universe sees you a high enough of a being to work against you and not forge your own way in this world and take it?
Why do you think all of the great people were already made in the past and you can’t become the future great?
Fear and believe rule us by media, by misguidance, by birth, rather listen to yourself.

Who are you to think you are weak in this world?
Tomorrow you will do what you thaught you wouldnt do yesterday.
Don’t fear the problems you will create!
Don’t fear love at first sight, no matter what or who it is!
Don’t fear making life your mistress to enjoy the love affair.
“Natural order” are just words by cowards in fear of living and the unknown.

There is another world waiting for you, a better world, a world YOU must create.

A Lonely Guy

a lonely guy accompanied by the harsh winds of life,
a guy that is always possessed by others
a guy that is always standing outside in the rain,
a guy that is always given a worthless answer to his questions in life

finding his solemnness in his wine
finding his fortitude of band of brothers past
finding only the moment in life
finding only the future so bleak and pointless

a lonely guy of solitude in his breath
a lonely guy with a heart of a forgotten melody of life
a lonely guy of broken dreams and broken tears
a lonely guy of a shattered life

a lonely guy... still a boy
