The Baby Fool

I look at my life and see so many wonderful attempts to maintain my existence. Bad things and inopportune developments will always present themselves. Listen about how many times I have wanted to go hide and crawl up under the lowest crevice of this earth. I have sought out darkness so that I could cover myself up from any and every spectrum of light. I get so tired as I have had to negotiate with the henchmen of ignorance and ineptitude. Some people don't care because their skin feels no part of any consequence. When you fall down and you will make it your goal simply to stand back up. Coming up always feels much better than descending downward. I've always heard that God takes care of babies and fool, well I guess you can call me the babyfool.

Born To Lose

I push for greatness, however a perennial failure is how my performance has been measured. There's an old saying if you fail then try, try, try again. I have made an art out of falling short of my own expectations. A man with no ambition nor have i exceeded at accomplishing any of my short or long term goals. Some guys get all the breaks, me I just break myself into pieces. Some folks get all the options, to win they choose, but I guess I was born to lose.

Parts of Me

Parts of me wants to die, parts of me wants to cry and yet part of me wishes I could fly far off from here, parts of me want to know what makes you think you are better than me. Selfishness, greed, jealousy, envy, and strife, someone remind me how we ever have properly functioned living this life. You judge me, you belittle me, you incarcerate me, poison me, you beat me down with your ignorance and your ineptitude and on top of that you wear you privilege like it's yours and only your exclusive brand. You treat me like I don't matter, and your agenda should be my foremost priority. Sooner than later, parts of me will no longer exist. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to speak to you about these different parts of me.
