He reaches within the deep recess of his soul,
To give and share all that he is.
Each thought, each revelation
That is received, is returned with candor.
For now he is unfettered and alive,
With the possibilities of the universe.
To know and be certain,
That is the way of the Knight.
Whose strength is in his wisdom,
And whose light shines through his love.
Without totality of conviction,
There would be nothing held sacred.
Honor must never be sacrificed for pride,
The sanctity of truth demands more than that.
Secular desires being driven by fear,
Give way to the sacredness of devotion.
Sacrifice for the sake of duty,
Being the one and only choice.
Nothing nobler can ever be attained, nor achieved.

Our children are the light of our lives,
The love of our souls.
They are the hopes and the dreams
Of what we want this world to be.
From the moment they are born,
They become the light of our lives.
And when that light is suddenly extinguished,
We are left to question why.
But we know that the light that shone so brightly
Here on this world
Will join and add to the light in Heaven forevermore.
To us, the ones who are left to carry on,
We can only hope and pray
That the darkness that has invaded our souls
Can be illuminated once again with time,
Knowing all too well
That a part of us will never be the same.

Within ourselves there exists a place,
Where neither fear nor strife can reign.
It blesses us all with a certain peace,
That takes away our pain.
It guides us down the paths we choose,
And leads us not astray.
It teaches us how to trust ourselves,
And shows us how to pray.
It gives us hope to carry on,
As we live out every day.
When troubles come that shake our world,
It gently lets us know
The only way to overcome,
Is to trust and let it go.
This place that exists within ourselves
To which we all should know,
Is the place where God resides
Deep within our souls.

Did you ever consider why the sky is blue?
Or wonder how much time is left inside of you?
Did you ever feel the genuine love of a child?
Or the feeling of awe while out in the wild?
Have you ever seen the splendor of a majestic waterfall?
Or witnessed the beauty of the Taj Mahal?
Have you ever heard the flutter of a butterfly's wings?
Or listened to the lyrics as a songbird sings?
Have you ever wondered outside of the zone?
Or spent some time with God all alone?
Have you ever thought about life out there in space?
Or wondered if we are the one and only race?
Have you ever felt the mist of an ocean wave?
Or seen the transcendence of a giant cave?
Have you ever wandered near and far?
Or set your sights on the nearest star?
To live is to love, and to consider is to believe.
That all things are possible now and forever.
