Today

Today I looked through albums
To find you among the photos
Today I looked  through the books
To find your dedications.
Today I went through our memories
To find you.
I missed you today
With a red rose in hand
In the eternal resting place
I came to meet you.

The Dreams

The dreams left him and fled
They set out on a path he had dreamed of for a lifetime, but never dared.
Dreams get tired of waiting ,
abandon their master and flee
They left him like a dried oak trunk in the middle of the greenery.
He is now lifeless,
like an empty shell,
Left in the dark,
cursing himself for not locking his dreams or why he never started the path he loved so much.

Letter To My Future Self

Hi myself!
I wonder what your life has been...
Did you fulfill your dreams?
Did you find your true love?
Oh , I am dying  to know if your days have been wonderful
I hope what you feared the most, didn't happen:Solitude.
I am wishing for another scenario.
I hope you still are alive.
I hope you still have a reason to wake up
in the morning.
I hope you live in the house that you dreamt.
I hope, you have your walks  in the evenings with your other half.
I hope you have a lot of children.
Who always are there for you
I hope you still are that great person, who never put herself first.
That person that was happy to make others smile.
I Hope, God blessed you with everything you wished for.

Middle Age

I'm free but imprisoned
I should be happy but I am not
I laugh but I want to cry
I continue but I want to stop ...
I want to be real, but I keep pretending
I want to go far, but I'm stuck
I do not know if it is me or my middle age that is making me feel this way
broken in half, one part want to live and the other seeks to give up ...
and rest forever

The Ghost In My Room

It was a cold winter night.
I had not slept yet.
A strong wind was blowing outside
It was raining, with lightning and thundering.
On that scary night,
I'm sure I did not dream the ghost that entered my room.
It was like a black shadow,
who stood in front of me.
I could not breathe,i was terrified.
The ghost then spoke: "you are like me"
and disappeared as if it had never been.
On that scary night,
again I could not sleep.
I was thinking about the ghost in my room
and doubt began to gnaw at me:
Did I live like a ghost, without leaving any mark on the road I made?
I was feeling sorry for myself.
Devilish thoughts seized me,
to live anymore did not make sense
haunted in this dark world
The morning light slid into the room
then into my head ...
I got out of bed furiously
and I shouted loudly as if a ghost were listening to me.
it's a new day, and i'm looking forward to new things.
I'm not like you...
I have God in my life.
I have goals.
I have a lot to walk.
I have a way to do.
I will fall, but I will find the strength to get up again.
If god let me
I want to go to the next life
when the hair on my head is gray
when my children have started their way
when I have no worries
when I feel fulfilled
and when my heart is completly full.

The Loss

My heart is in pain.
The soul is leaving me...
A life left without starting to live.
It ended ..
The pain and sadness gripped him ..
I'm trying to figure out what he thought lately
Was there only darkness,or was there a glimmer of hope, a light of joy.
Was this life is so sad for him?
Was there nothing left after his father had gone?
Did he loose the meaning of life?
He was only 15 years old.
In this short life.. his father was his sun.
I pray  God to forgive that angel ...
And the weight of guilt to  falls on us
Why didn't we make it easier for him pain
Why didn't we give him some hope
Why didn't we tell him that after darkness comes the light.

How To Live

Some things can change your life.
Some people can make your living miserable.
Others wonderful.
Maybe you can choose who to keep close
But some things are inevitable,
Destined to happen.
You can suffer from absences
But you lose in vain
And forget to appreciate what you have.
You think all people are like this:
When they lose someone
They realize how precious he or she have been in their lives.
Some spend whole life to find the true meaning.
Some live without headaches.
Some see it as a duty.
Some who are tired have surrendered.
I am no different
but one thing I have learned now
whatever happens
I am the god of my own life
and I decide how to live it.

................................

we come alone in this life
we leave alone in the next life
we come with nothing
we go with nothing
we come and go
as if nothing had happened.

My Dear Friend

Live for me, my dear friend
I will die for you.
Live because you can't die..
Live my dear friend
Because I don't allow you to go ..
Live through love.....
Never be sad
I will take away your sadness
Live with beliefs
I will throw on the air all your doubts.
Live only live ....
Don't let the world to affect you.
Live with open heart and an a open mind.
You can stand firm on the ground.
You can touch the sky.
You can feel the ocean.
Live without wounds
Be happy,
I will not let anyone to harm your happiness.
This is my will my dear friend.

Sometimes

Sometimes when you want someone to be by your side, no one is there.
Sometimes when you seek someone's support Nobody gives it to you.
Sometimes when you want someone to understand you.
Everyone worries about themselves.
Sometimes when you want to be alone
For a thousand reasons you cannot.
Sometimes, when you are overwhelmed
You do not even find time
To cry .....

The Pain

Tonight I am like the trunk of a dry tree
Without feelings.
This night even the moon forgot to go out in the sky.
It's just me.
Then I hear the cry of the cuckoo, which brings me back to my pain.
Tonight, someone I loved left
And now i am here
Like a broken glass

(In my country the cuckoo is known as the bird that warns of loss. according to the legend, a young girl turned into a cuckoo after learning about the death of her btothers. Since then she is calling  and crying for them)
