The Myths

I am the descendant
of the myths
I am a Fae
mischievous and playful
I am a Goblin
crafty and clever
I am a Nymph
protector of the woods
as much as id like to be
these things i will never be fully

Twisted Poet

Filled to the brim with words unsaid
They nearly spill from my head

My tales so tall
They create a wall

On this wall
Graffiti of sorts

A twisted poet wrote these words
Read aloud to be heard

"Filled to the brim with words unsaid
They nearly spill from my head
My tales so tall
They create a wall
On this wall
Graffiti of sorts
A twisted poet wrote these words
You have read aloud
She has been heard"

She Was Like Demeter

it was as if she was demeter
she was frolicking on the first day of spring
nurturing her body with the fruits of her labor

Virgo

Viable and capable they may be

Intelligent many as we see

Reliable and rational they do stay

Growing intellect everyday

Only this sign is such a way

Opinions

Good morning and have a wonderful day
Even if its not going your way
I'll head to class
Just to be slapped in the face by every ones opinion
I respect them of course
What you think is valid
I just don't need to be told what i should think
I don't need you to tell me what to believe in
Stop telling me things are fake
Violence is happening
No party is the best
Please get your words out of my face
I cant concentrate
I'm spiraling
My brain is on fire
Opinion overload
I'm going to explode
So get out of my face
I respect your opinion
But please
Don't tell me
What you think

Nonsense Rhyme

I tend to wake in the middle of the night, however it is strangely bright.
I go to the kitchen to get a spoon, for soup of course,
I reach in the drawer and out comes the moon.
I look around and now I'm in space, an endless expanse
Oh dear, where is my pants?
There they are strewn out on the floor, and what's this a door?
If you are to fall through you shall see
A group, definitely more than three.
They tell me how the world was meant to be
All the secrets of the sea.
They say we are a wacky, strange and exciting group
Nothing makes sense, i just wanted a spoon for my soup!

Word Vomit

I want to scream into a microphone
Let it run through the chord and out the speakers
For the world to hear

I want to pour my word vomit into people's heads
For once it wouldn't go through one ear and out the other
So i can breathe

If they somehow keep that word vomit in their heads
I will know they are smart enough to listen
And realize someone like me has an opinion of them

My word vomit contains last nights opinions
Chunks of feelings
And truth

I've cleaned up a lot of my own word vomit
Other's too
Now its their turn

Shut Up

I'm trying to sprout
You keep drowning me out
And you say that what I'm doing isn't right
I will rebel against social standards
I refuse to follow social norms
They bore me
It's a tragedy
I keep seeing people around me
They are falling
Because people cant stop talking
