The Power of Prayer

May the power of prayer and the power of love,
Shine down from the heavens from our dear Lord above,
Whenever his children are lost or feel despair,
May they find the strength to grow with nurture and care.

Find peace in their lessons, they both receive and give,
So their potential is reached, each day that they live,
Please forgive and be patient for those pure of heart,
So mind, body and soul shall never live apart.

May we feel contented, so that our only need,
Is to complete our purpose, lovingly succeed,
In your plan, our destiny, our blessed souls fate,
With no moments wasted or lesson learnt too late.

With intuitive guidance directing our soul,
So that we may return to you complete and  whole,
I give thanks and gratitude for all of your gifts,
And with your love and support my troubles will lift.
