Letter To My Firstborn - Beaurain

My Dearest Child,

I fell in love with you,
from even before you were born.
You were the cutest little baby -
You were my firstborn

I can't wait to walk with you,
Each step of the way,
I love to watch you growing up,
To see you bloom day by day

You make me proud,
When you always try your best,
You just never give up,
Until you've mastered each test.

I love you dearly,
I love you true,
You mean the world to me,
And these are my wishes for you:

I wish you health,
I wish you peace,
I wish you wealth
that will never seize.

I wish you courage,
I wish you strength,
I wish you patience,
Beyond earthly lengths.

But above all,
I wish you wisdom and love,
In short,
I wish you Beautiful Abundant Blessings from Above!

Al my Love!
Mom

The Contradictions of Love

Dedicated to the most wonderful man for being part of my life

You came into my life unexpectedly,
And became the difference between today
And what used to be
With your gentle touch
You struck me like lightning,
And kindled a fire
That burnt through my whole being
With your soft-spoken words,
You yelled in my ears,
With your understanding nature,
You wiped away all my tears.
You put me on a pedestal with my feet on the ground,
Your eyes spoke of love so loud,
Though your lips made no sound.
You made me your princess,
The queen of your heart
And where ever you are tonight
May the flame of our love keep us together,
While the fence of distance keep us apart....

The Cup of Loneliness

To all the lonely people out there

I drink of you each passing day,
You never run empty,
You never go away.

You cover me with your blanket,
You hide me away,
You cherish me against your bosom,
Through every night and every day.

You keep me awake at night,
You whisper in my ear,
No matter where I run to,
You make sure you're always near.

I meet you for dinner,
You share every breakfast with me,
My bed is your bed,
Life's got a standing reservation for you and me.

I get no comfort from you though,
Even though you are always here--
The only warmth I ever feel,
Is that of a runaway tear!

I share you with so many people,
And still I'm on my own--
For sharing the cup of loneliness,
Doesn't change you being all alone!
