New Beginnings
Now with the new year, comes a time for reflection
Each and every one of us may have encountered devastation
Whatever the issue we have had to face
Being able to start again and focus on the positive, can help us re-start the race
Engage in positivity of body, mind and soul
Gain inner strength and set yourself attainable goals
Inspire yourself, push yourself to strive
No one can stop you in your quest to thrive
Nobody needs to be on your side, be your own mentor, your biggest fan
Inner strength will spur you on and remind you where you began
Never admit defeat, pursue your goals and dreams
Go easy on yourself, embrace your success and shine like a sunbeam
Start afresh, renew your self esteem
