I Am the Flame

I am the Flame
Red hot and dancing
Never the same
Sparks skipping and prancing 
I am the Flame

I breath like you 
Wood keeps me alive
I give you a clear view
Of what’s in the dark 
To help you survive
I start with a spark 
Survival’s never a game
I am the Flame

You cook meat over me
Fish, rabbit, and deer
I cause insects to flee
They give you nothing to fear
I cook the thing at which you aim
I am the Flame
