Change Wind

I can’t breathe
Mon on tony
is suff ocat ing me
Drowning in my own medi oc rity

Something’s gotta give.
Something’s gotta give!

I feel like a cat on a hot tin roof

Gotta get the out of here !
Gotta get the out of here.

I teach my own lessons but they don’t stick
I’m adic-dict-ded
And in’ hard headed .

Now I’m seein’ red
In circles, concentric!

I’m not your buckshot,
I’m not your one night stand
I’m not your little girl, daddy,
I’m an equal man.
(You in’ heard me).

You won’t have to read between the lines
When I scream in your face

Get the
get the
get the

 awaaaay
from me.

(Vampire sucking all my energy)

Come here again, I wasn’t done yet.
You know I love the feel of your teeth On my neck!

Who am I?
Who am I?
WHO AM I BECOMING?
I DON’T KNOW

I plant my own seeds But they don’t fit
Pull the roots right up
I’m in’ impatient
‘Cause I see your red
 In circles, concentric.

I’m not your conquest,
I’m not your paper doll,
I’m not your little fool, honey,
 Got my own plan now.

And nothing can touch me.
And nothing can touch me.
And you can’t touch me.

I can feel the change wind blowin’.
It nearly knocked me down .
I’ll be prepared this time around.
I saw it coming
(And nothing can touch me).

No, nothing can touch me now.
