I Thought Of You Today
By: Ashley Marie Gilchrist
May 13, 2015
I thought of you today,
Which I do everyday,
But today was special
Because we had blue
Skies and the sun was
Shining, it made me
Think of you.
I thought of you today I
Wonder if are proud of
Me and the decisions that
I have made.
I thought of you today
I wonder what this
World would be like
if you Were still here today.
I thought of you today
I wish you were here
Because of all the
Crazy things going on.
I thought of you today,
I miss the letters, notes,
And the fishing trips
We took.
I thought of you today,
And all the things we
Use to do like Camping,
Swimming, talking,
Watching TV together,
Playing cards, and
Playing Dice.
I thought of you today,
And I realized we had
It all when you were
Around and now that
You are gone it's not
The same.
I thought of you today,
I also realized that there
Are a lot of you I did not
Get to meet, but I hope
You liked me.
I thought of you today,
And I know that the
Greatest gift God gave
Me is for me to have
Had you all in my
Life.
I thought of you today,
I love you and I miss
You all.
I thought of you today,
And realized that you
Did me a favor by
Allowing me to
Know you all.
I thought of you today.

How Do I Say Goodbye
By:Ashley Marie Gilchrist
01/25/16
When you were born,
As parents we are supposed
To teach you all we know
Most of the time it is both
Ways, you also teach us.
The only thing is no one
Has taught us to deal with
The loss of you, when you go
Too soon, or let alone prepare
Us for it. People always say
That it gets easier, but in the
Long run it doesn't. It may
feel like it does, but until the
Day that your memories come
Back, so how do I say goodbye,
When the time is right? I don't
know because I can't please
Help me learn how to say goodbye.

My wedding poem for you
By: Ashley Marie Gilchrist
June 27, 2009
Jessie Sometimes at night, when I look into the night sky,
I start thinking of you and wondering and ask myself, why?
Why do I love you? I think and smile, and laugh,
because I know the list could run on for miles and years,
The whisper of your voice, the warmth of your touch, the feel of you touching me, the test of your kiss, the way we make love, everything about you and me.
so many little things that make me love you so much.
The way you support me, and help with my emotions,
the way that you care and show such devotion.
The way that your kiss, fills me with desire,
and how you hold me with the warmth of a blazing hot bonfire.
The way your eyes shine when you look into my eyes.
lost with you forever is where I want to be, as long as I am with you I don't care.
The way that I feel when you're by my side always.
a sense of completion and overflowing pride.
The dreams that I dream they all involve you,
the possibilities I see and all the things we can do with each other.
How you finish the puzzle that lies inside my heart, and Soul.
how deep in my soul, you are the fourth most important part, because God is number one then our Daughter Sabbrina.
I could go on for days, and years, telling of what I feel, for you,
but all you really must know is my love for you is very much real and will be forever and always. I Love you Andrew, you are my knight in shining armor. Sometimes at night I look into the night Sky.

In Memory of my Nana Viola Mae Yeager (Chamberlain)
12/02/1928-04/12/2014
Written By Ashley Marie Gilchrist
On April 13, 2014
Today the time has come the sun shall rise,
and sure to set today
Nana's time has come,
She has no regrets.
Her life she lived, as beautiful and wonderful as she did.
Sure we all know,
a better place, that. She has to go.
Rejoice today Because it is at the end of Nana's time but she will see us, once again when it is our time to leave this world behind us.

In loving memory John Kleeves
Written By: Ashley Marie Gilchrist
02-02-2015
Although I can not heard you I thank you, for always being there
Even when you were in and out
You always seemed to care for me.
You meant so much to all of us
you were special and that's no lie
you brightened up the darkest day
and even the grayest of skies.
Many tears I have seen and cried
They have all poured out like rain
I know that you are happy now
Cause your no longer in pain.
For all the years on I will remember you, And do what you used to say you would do.You made each of us smile everyday. I will live to the fullest of each day. Even though we did not get to meet all of you.
They say in time it gets easier
I believe this isn't true
Because even after all this time
I still don't have a clue what to do without you here.
I was not ready to say goodbye to you But, God had other plans for you, So today as we remember you
I take a second look on my life without you in it.
Our friendship is forever
Until death, took you away from me
Although you are away physically
You are always in my heart always and forever,

My Teardrops
By: Ashley Marie
My teardrops fall like the rain, coming down out of the sky. My tear drops fall for so many reasons, that I don’t talk about. My teardrops fall like the stars at night. My tears come out of no where. I hate crying because I never can figure out why I am crying have of the time. My tear drops have been falling for so many years now. My teardrops are here to stay as long as you are gone away from me. The more that my teardrops fall the more I miss you.
My teardrops.

My Tear Drops:
By: Ashley Marie Gilchrist
June 6, 2016
My teardrops fall like the rain, coming down out of the sky.
My tear drops fall for so many reasons that I don't talk about.
My teardrops fall like the stars at night.
My tears come out of nowhere.
I hate crying because, I never can figure out
Why, I am crying most of the time.
My teardrops.

Clear Blue sky
Written by: Ashley Marie Gilchrist
Oh clear blue sky,
As beautiful as your eyes.
I look up and see your face,
And my bad days leave without a trace.
How the blue sky so very near,
Makes my hopes and dreams clear.

To My Babies
By: Ashley Marie Gilchrist
May 13, 2016
This poem is for all my babies
To my babies, I love you all
Very much, there is not a day
Goes by that I don't think of you
All. To my babies I miss you all
Every day. To my babies there are
days that I cry myself to sleep.
To my babies I wish that I could
See you all one more time or even
once ever. To my babies I wish I could
Hold you one more time or even once ever.
Too my babies that are in heaven mommy
Is so sorry that I could not be able to see you or
Hold you, but I believe that God has put you all
In a special place up there in heaven.
To My three beautiful and handsome children
That I had to give up for adoption please
Understand that I did what was best for
You guys because Mommy could no longer
Provide for the things that you all needed.
That doesn't mean I don't love you, it means
That I loved you all more than anything to
Give you to people that could. I love you all more
Than you could ever know. To all my babies
Mommy and Daddy loves you to the moon
and back a million times and that's still not
Even enough. Mommy and daddy had to make the
Most difficult decision in our lives by giving you up.
We are very sorry for everything.

A Of Memory You
Written By Ashley Marie Gilchrist
03/15/2019
A memory of you once again the time as come that
the sun will rise,
and will surely set.
For our family or friends their time has come,
they will have no regrets.
their life was short lived, or long lived.
We all should know that.
to a better place, they have to go, But today we all will rejoice today. Today
maybe at the end.
but they will see us,
once again. Once if it's only in a memory for now. But we all will see each other in the end of our journey on this earth.
