My Guy

To my guy,
Come here.
Run your fingers through my hair,
swing me in the air.
Lift me and take a spin,
I'll laugh and we both win.
And when we stop, my hair will fall on your face,
I will cherish the moment with the utmost grace.
You'll put me down and I won't stop smiling,
I will not stop hugging you,
and we won't know where time flew.

We could take a walk in the park,
Maybe Hold hands when it's dark.
You'll run fast when we race,
Just to see me make my baby face.
When we go shopping, you'll run out without any bags,
See me struggling with all the bills and tags.
You will call me a tiny elf,
Then help me with the book on the shelf.

We might just be teens with no money,
But you are adorable and sweet and funny.
We do not have any cars,
But I believe you'll be here soon;
cause i just wished upon a shooting star.

Us

I had a dream,
late last night,
We pulled in the driveway,
We had a fight.
You looked at me, in the eye,
And I don't mean to change your mind. We've had this talk a hundred times,
I've cried some rivers down my eyes.
I hope we set this through and through, Because God knows that I'm in love, with you.
A few left turns, and honey we got lost,
But I've still kept, my fingers crossed.
We fight and fight and don't shut up,
And all of this would, all fall down
The moment one of us looked up
You need to smile and let go of that frown.
And the way you walked out that door
It's been years and it's still all I can cry for.
Cause no matter where you will be,
I will always carry you with me
