Where Is My Love

I'm one of a kind? That's absurd!
If it lies true, every word.
Where's the love i richly deserve?
To show she is mine and I am hers?
Where's my chance, my second glance, in romance.
I don't ask you to take off your pants or video a strip dance.
No, wrong guy,
I'm the one wondering why those men fly by, and cut the line.
A woman so devine should be respected, wine and dined not neglected,
to confide not rejected.
So be careful with who you've selected.

Unneccesary War

Gunshots fired from side to side,
Helpless people trying to hide,
Raiding soldiers destroying ones home.
Killing a child’s family leaving him all alone,

Sitting their crying for what he just saw;
Saying a prayer to his merciful Allah;
Wishing the war will be over and done;
Not knowing the war has just begun;

Hiding under the table to wait for his savior;
His hearts hurting from witnessing this behavior;
He lays down to sleep never to awake;
So stop fighting for the peoples sake;

Peace among countries is what people need;
Stop all the fighting and we will succeed;
Also bring our troops home out of Iraq;
Leave Iraq alone and let them rise back;

So I say lets have peace among others;
For what we really are... are sisters and brothers.
