Melpomene's Melody

Can thou's heart not see
The tragedy
Can thou's ears not hear
Melpomene's melody
This is not to end in despairing my lovesome
But to be a lovers tale
Never to be told by tragedian
Forsaken by thy lover
lovelorn I shall be
Can thou not see
it is your heart that sings her melody
Do not fear uncertainty
For it is your rib that has created me
An I who is here to shelter thee
I shall never banish thy to the cold
For it is your heart that warms me
Do no forsake me
I have done thou no misdeed
For banished to purgatory I shall be
Can thou truly not see
This is our tale to be told through out the centuries
Two lovers destine to be
I beg of thee
Do not let us fall victim to
Melpomene's melody
For our love undone would be her victory

Eternal Peace

to know this pain
is to know a thousand deaths
a story once told
the story of she
a small girl
cradled in a corner
single tears shed revealing the pain unseen

cries unheard through these empty halls
a young girl alone once again and forever
the promises of change where made
but they never came
hope and happiness lost at such a young age
a gentle touch
could it be change finally made
a soft whisper to sooth the pain
"it is time"

could it be a savior found within this haze
or just a hallucination within this daze
with his touch comes the promises of tranquility
"it is time"

"For"
is all she can say
His immortal whisper is the key to her serenity
"suicide"

Serenity

gentle breezes and daffodil's
lead me here today
to a valley of irrefutable beauty

"welcome to serenity"

children playing without fear
of this outsiders harsh realities

"no guns here my dear"

can this be?
skyscrapers and crime plagued streets
left unseen by serenity
this is what peace could be
no lines to divide
man from his brother
no poverty to be seen
only community
Oh how I shall love it
can you not see
you must come join us
here in serenity
