Reliving the Past

It's one of those days,
It hurts in so many ways.
So many memories when I'm trying to forget,
Waiting and watching for the final sunset.
Laying on the floor, crying in silence,
Thinking about my past and trying to make sense.
Listening to songs that are painful to hear,
Showing the pain with every tear.
Others fail to break this frown,
As my heart sinks farther and farther down.
I lay in agony with no one to save me,
Hoping that maybe, someone will see.
It's as if time stops, on this cruel earth,
On the lonely day of the devils birth.

Don'T Forget Me

Days go by slower

as life gets me lower.

I've lost all track of time.

thinking it'd last was my only crime.

what made me believe I could smile forever?

what brought me to think we'd be together?

when your ready to leave, go ahead,

I hope by then, I'll be dead.

but when your time comes to leave me behind,

just keep my memory in the back of your mind.

I'll still stare into space, thinking of what could've been,

even though thinking of you would be a sin.

don't look back to me, because you deserve much better.

just keep with you, my final letter.

and when I die, you'll be my last thought,

all of the pain that, to you, I brought.

Give It Up

who do you think you are, acting all brave?

by getting rid of me, there's nothing to save.

try to searate us, if you dare,

with your pointless attempts, we wont care.

you cant stop love, even at its earliest form.

if you try, you'll get lost in the storm.

how can you stop me with all this distance?

why bother trying with all his resistance?

your words aren't wise, your threats don't scare me,

I'll continue to fight until you see.

One Last Hope

Tomorrow is the day of my 15th birthday

but to be honest, I'd say I'm not okay.

I'm not excited, I should be exited,

When those 15 candles are ignited.

But there's nothing great about being alone.

No more late nights on the phone.

No more love songs to relate to.

and there's nothing for me to say or do.

Life lost meaning when I lost him

And the world around me suddenly became dim.

One last hope to stop my sorrow,

will be my 15th birthday, tomorrow

Forgotten Friendship

In every situation, you were there by my side

helping me sort out wrong from right

seeing me for me, even on my bad days

lowering my worries with the words that you say

teasing me often about my mistakes

yet never joking around about the right path to take

laughing with me, not at me, and showing you care

offering true friendship, which not many dare

All of the problems you've helped me through

You are the best friend I never knew

Outcast

I ask myself
What's wrong with me?
but all i get,
is what you see.
I'm stupid, I'm ugly,
I'm different from you.
why your opinion may count,
how it affects me, if you only knew.
Can't you see my tear-stained cheeks?
Can't you see that deep down I'm weak?
You know only one thing,
I'm just not the same.
and you dont even bother
to remember my name.
you leave me in the dark
where I only shed tears,
you've left your own mark,
like others over the years.
but you forgot one more thing
as you left me behind
I'm still here! I'm here!
dying in the back of your mind!
In your eyes, I'm nothing,
unworthy of your eyes.
to me, you were something,
that now makes me die.

Differences Between Me and You

Why I had to be the screw-up, I don't even know,

It doesn't make much sense to me, but here I go.

Because I'm shy and don't talk as much,

Because I avoid everyone's touch,

Because I walk alone instead of in pairs,

Because I ignore other people's stares,

Because I stay up all night and it shows in my face,

Because at times, it seems I disappear without trace,

Because I avoid drugs for my own good,

Because I look at you as I wish you could,

Because I have a different take on reality,

Because everything I do doesn't have to end in fatality,

Because I'm not 'seeing' someone new every other day,

Because I don't always dress the exact same way,

Because I don't need make-up to make myself feel pretty,

Because I don't want to live in a big city,

Because I don't make myself look stupid to fit in,

Because I don't always play to win.

Everything I do brings the world to an end,

Because I can't be you, I'm not fit to be your friend.

Crazy Angel

Always playing depressing music,

but only hearing the clock itself tick.

Avoiding smiles of the ones who mean the most to you,

and it's almost as if they're avoiding you too.

Other friends, now, pretending to care,

Joking around about it, but still unaware,

of the damage it has on your well-being.

Wandering around, dying without them even seeing.

Seeking dark places to go and cry,

and even though they see you, they just walk right by.

And right when you think you've had it, you're at your worst,

cheeks faded with tears, heart ready to burst,

He comes along and steals your pain.

He's so perfect, you'd think he's a saint.

Put on this earth to bring you back,

with impeccable timing to pull you from the crack.

There's no question, he's perfect for you,

and it just so happens that he likes you too.

When this 'like' becomes 'love',

you realize he's your gift from above.

You should think again, if you thinks this is a fable,

because he's real, he's there, he's your Crazy Angel.

Living For You

When you say you love me,

I wonder how you fell for me.

When you describe me,

that's the girl I strive to be.

You say good night,

While I try not to cry.

You talk about your past,

And those are the words I live by.

You tell me I'm the best you've found,

And I feel bad you couldn't find better.

When you say anything to inspire me,

I take to note, down to every letter.

When you just say one word to me,

You brighten my life.

And when you say your final good-bye,

You'll be handing me a knife.

Could You Really Be the One? Part 1

I think about you everyday,

we're alike in almost every way.

You always make me laugh, even if I'm sad,

You make my day better, even if it's bad.

You're always subtle and lacking vanity,

Talking to you is keeping my sanity.

To everyone else, I seem pretty shy,

but towards you I'm not and you don't even try.

You might find me obsessing,

but it's the fact that I love you that I'm confessing.

your better than anything under the sun,

could you really be the one?
