Detergent Commercial

I have just the detergent,
To clean your dirty clothes,
I will even guarantee to you,
They will smell like a rose.

Even if you have no machine,
There is no need to fret,
In a pan soak them in this,
Until they become very wet.

Leave your clothes one hour,
They will come out fine,
And, when they have dried,
They will surely shine.

When you go somewhere,
You can walk with pride,
For all your dirt and grime,
Your clean clothes will hide.

Roaches

If ever you should get these pest,
You will certainly have no more rest,
For they will soon began to multiply,
faster than grasshoppers or a fly.

Everywhere they will soon be,
Hiding in places you can't see,
Sneaking out at night,
Eating, and then out of sight.

What human wishes them well?
But, pray they all go to hell,
And, no matter how much we spray,
It seems that roaches are here to stay?

With Sympathy

I'm sorry for your loss,
But it is Heaven's gain,
And has become an even toss,
One angel has left this troubled realm,
And has arrived on Heaven's golden shore,
To live there throughout the eternal ages,
Free from pain, worry, and sorrow for evermore.

Humpty Dumptys Rescue

Broken and bruised, Humpty Dumpty lay by the gate,
Lifeless throughout the ages had become his fate,
None of the kings horses or none of the kings men,
Desired to look upon his broken body every since then,

Until, one day a handsome, little nosy boy came,
He was known throughout his village as "No Name.
His mother and his father, it seemed that no one knew,
For he had lived on the streets since the age of two.

Upon finding the broken shells, he recovered every single one,
And proudly showed the townsfolk, who asked,"What is it my son?"
"Just an old cracked egg," he heard most of them, laughingly, say,
But he knew that he had stumbled upon something valuable that day.

No Name rushed to his own little secret hiding-out,
Determined that he could discover what the egg was about,
With his own modern glue, he put Humpty Dumpty together again,
And, they became the envy of all scientist, women and men.

When the world finally proved that his character egg was very old,
They came from everywhere and offered No Name lots of silver and gold.
But,instead, he chose to be honored at every library and kid's fair,
Throughout the modern world, Humpty Dumpty and No Name became quite a pair.

A Riddle For You

I entice everyone, day by day,
Little by little, I expand,
To your rooms, your closets, your hearts,
Your soul, mind and body are not immuned,
From such a dreadful wretch as I.
Every day I am worse than the day before,
Gloom, doom, kill, cure, save and exterminate,
Need I say anymore?
Of course, for you strive on what I produce.
What am I?

Our books, TVs, radios, CDs, and computers,
Have knowledge of my uncanty wrath,
Like a volcanico on the move,
I have irrupted with smoke and moving lava,
Here, there, and in every country I shall progress,
To conquer man and beast alike,
For there remains no place in which to hide,
Should someone decide to stop me in my tracks,
"No!" would come the vote, and I'd win by a landslide.
What am I?

Cows

What is a cow but our friend?
We use them from end to end,
Their flesh becomes our meat,
With their hides, we pad our seat,
So, we all should ask God every day,
"Please never take our cows away."

Thank You

Thank you,
for being you,
And for loving me,
When I was blue,
You set me free.

Thank you,
for times spent together,
Whenever things went wrong,
You always made it better,
By word, deed or with a song.

Thank you,
For choosing only me,
And all the time you spent,
How lucky can I be?
You never asked for a cent.

Thank you,
In closing, I will say,
Until we meet again,
You always make my day,
Loving you, until then.

Never Too Old To Love

You're never too old to love,
Like the moon and stars above,
Your tummy may be round,
Your hair a little gray,
You may get too old to work,
But never too old to play.

You may be 18 or even 24,
Every day you learn a little more,
When forty finally rolls around,
Don't let nobody put you down,
They may say that life has passed you by,
But, you'll find out that's just a lie,

You may be 50, 60, or even 72,
I bet there's lots of loving in you,
If someone should come along,
And try to put you in a nursing home,
Tell 'em to take a flying leap,
You don't have time to sit and sleep...

Stand right up and let the old world know,
You never quit loving just 'cause you got old..
