The poor cloud pouring tears in form of rain
Said someone, "He must be in pain"
Another recalled, "but his happiness was in the lamp
Safe & arcane"
Commenced the wise, "but now it's in vain
Don't you remember the presence of hurricane?
Almost impossible, the removal of the stain
Truth for the humans, for the vampires, vervain!
Cause here's July, the reason for everyone's disdain!"
Spring Is Coming Soon
Shadows, stretching longer from the Oaks, now
Ponder passing of their purpose, and worth
Resemble stockings, silk, upon the ground
In search of hands still naked, in their bow,
Nearing nimble newly sprouted shoots are found.
Groveling green grass erupts through the earth
Instantly dancing; as if to proclaim:
Spring is coming soon! Come and watch its birth!
Courting crocus...blue, yellow...with vervain,
Offer such sweet harmony to the mirth!
Melancholy leaves...still...without a sound
Invite Spring's breeze to stir these once again
Nestled nymphs...of seasons past. Lost, unfound
Ghosts in the wind, haunting new life...in vain.
Spring is coming soon! Its gentle weave heard
On every budding bush and spider's web...
Opening doors through time without a word.
Now...begins love's magic...on Winter's ebb.

When the brightest moon begins to wane,
And the sun breathes life into every plain.
Mother Nature sees life sustain.
Springtime starts her flowering reign.
Blue Vervain and Daisy Fleabane –
Pristinely plants spread in the rain.
Even deadly plants like Henbane
Grow with purpose and not in vain.
Mother Nature’s wisdoms remain.
Whether harvesting fruit or grain,
With her help all life can sustain.
Mother Nature brings sun and rain.
Farmers, plant crops, like sugarcane,
They prepare to make syrup again.
Babies watch through the windowpane.
Seeds are planted in rich terrain.
Others grow well in a flood plain.
Crops are dusted from a bi-plane.
She hopes man won’t pollute again.
In the past it was all in vain.
I can feel Mother Nature’s pain.
